The interface is very easy to understand. I also like the various data reports you can view and customize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It doesnt always sync accurately from Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Boostup has a very intuitive UI, it is easy to manage and track forecasts across commit, gut and upside buckets. You can drill into deals and input notes as a manager, see email correspondance with the client, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see more capabilities around outbound demand generation, both needed activities and reporting. Additionally, coaching insights for managers would be a huge benefit in this area! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having automatic forecasting abilities makes it much easier to manage my pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't think of a downside to the solution - It's fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
BoosUp is very collaborative in setting up the tool, making sure that it is useful to the organization and that the data is accurate and displayed in a way that aids your business process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
BoostUp has a heavy dependency on the CRM & the process of keeping the sales pipeline up to date. It does not do anything to correct for errors in data hygiene. It shouldn't be expected to, but keep in mind that you need to have a high level of rigor in order for BoostUp to be as useful as it can be to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that I can see the total value of my pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
From a CSM pov, I don't think BoostUp is user friendly. It's not easy to follow along or understand it's purpose; however I understand it's great for leadership on the backend. I just don't have the insight as to what that looks like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how simple the interface is, how you can look at ATR vs. churn overall, by opportunity, and by CSM, and add columns specific to my business. I also love that it syncs with Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It sometimes doesn't let me update an opportunity - locks me out. Then I have to raise it with our BizOps so just takes too much time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
BoostUp saves me so much time day to day. No more time wasted on Salesforce. BoostUp enables me to manage my deals efficiently and effectively. Also helps me to understand where I need to focus my attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
BoostUp is linked to Salesforce so this does mean if SFDC is poorly configured, the BU experience suffers. Would also love it if they had a mobile app, but believe this is on the roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy and intuitive to use as a sales professional. Individuals can easily update their forecast, numbers, notes, close dates, etc., and management can easily read the inputs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The browser tab has to maximized in order for it to function correctly, which can be inconvenient at times when trying to have multiple pages open to double-check or copy over data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Forecasting has gotten quite a bit easier using BoostUp.Ai over our previous provider. I can see my whole pipeline, it helps me understand risk and the quality of notes, meetings and understanding I have on a deal before I forecast. The live sync with SFDC has made even note-taking quite a bit easier. We also use it to guide our forecasting meetings and I find it super useful to have the visual. I like having the ability to live to edit my forecast number. In previous systems, my forecast number was attached directly to the open quote and sometimes the deal can fluctuate as negotiations progress. It's nice to be able to flexibly change that number. Some of the UI is hard to navigate. Some options don't look like you can select, which are super useful. For example, we'd like to update MEDPIC from BoostUp, but the icon is nearly hidden on the screen. I don't find the activity metrics very useful, a number of emails sent, and contacts created doesn't give me a great sense of the quality of my pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
