Using Bonterra Guided Fundraising has been a game changer for us. Their customer support is fantastic (so easy going!) and having a personal coach has been a great help to us. With every meeting we have with Janet we learn new ways of thinking about our fundraising efforts and how to implement those efforts while making the best use of our time. The CRM Contacts Management is solid and easy to use, and it has a good, straightforward processes for importing and exporting contacts, groups, and lists, and has ease of use for running reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The functionality of the Fundraising Campaigns is limited and there are quite a few glitchy issues that have not been resolved when I've reached out to customer support. A couple of examples are: the design process for the campaign pages is frustrating because it does not provide you correct dimensions for artwork. The campaign pages that are created are not responsive to screen size at all which affects how the artwork is displayed, and the mobile webpages look VERY differnet from desktops/laptops webpages. Another frustrating problem is that you cannot duplicate peer-to-peer campaigns like you can for everyday-fundraising campaigns, which means you have to create the campaigns from scratch each time. Another issue we've noticed is that open rates for our emails through the Communications Email Blasts are far lower than they are when we use Constant Contact. It spells out step by step what to do for fundraising campaigns which makes using & operating campaigns easy to use. Gives prompts to remember where you are at on each step. Allows great donor communication & thank yous via email, text, videos, snail mail options. Customer support is readily available for any questions or help needed. When entering donations the template requires multiple "tabbing" past options we do not use. The page is long so scrolling or tabbing multiple times to get to the bottom of the page takes extra steps. would be nice to be able to customize the page for our organization's specific purposes. On the fundraising page, the options for photos that will work with the template (automatic cropping) is quite annoying. It crops and makes the photo very grainy. The customer service is fantastic. I know that if I have a question or issue, I can pick up the phone and speak to a real person who will provide a solution. Also, after researching more than 24 platforms, I found that it offered the most features with the best price point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The frustrating things are: the donor's address do not automatically populate when writing a letter, having to pay an additional $500 per event for the event feature, and having a "lapsed" tag on donor records who are actually active donors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are a very small nonprofit, but Bonterra/Network for Good gives us the attention and tools we need. Two things stand out: the platform is easy to use, and allows us to communicate easily and effectively. Fundraising plans, templates, and campaign pages are readily available and usable. Secondly, Bonterra/NFG is responsive. Our onboarding process was both general and customized to our situation. One concern is that Bonterra/NFG's structure doesn't allow for certain capabilities or adjustments. I specifically refer to changing default settings in the fundraising pages. For example, currently, the 'amount' and 'comments' setting on a donation (campaign) page are automatically checked so that the donor must work to uncheck them, which is often missed. We wanted to reverse that, but it is not possible unless the nonprofit (we) requests that the Donor Scroll be removed from that campaign altogether. We'd prefer it otherwise. We would also like a little more flexibility in the style of the actual donation page, but it is not critical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Network for Good has a user-friendly, intuitive platform that makes connecting with, stewarding, and tracking donors easy. Great custommer support. I use it daily and rarely have any problems occur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been reading several articles about if the credit card transaction fee is tax-deductible and it appears it might be? - NFG does not include the transaction fee if absorbed by the donor in the donor gift receipt. More to research. In order to see the data wealth tool part of Bonterra, you physically have to go into the "edit" part of a person's profile. Lasty, it would be great if the organizarion could approve changes before Bonterra makes them on profile updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate the ability to filter donations in a wide variety of ways and then pull reports on those filters. This has really come in handy i a lot of different scenarios for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am able to acknowledge our online donations quickly, but still personally. We used to subscribe to constant contact, ticket tailor, and little green light, but now with Network for Good, I'm able to combine the purposes of the three subscriptions in one place. There is a lot of potential things that I haven't had the opportunity to use with Network for Good as well, like giving board members tasks, and the donor plans with the templates and timetables. I love that donors are automatically added to Bomterra when they donate from our campaigns. Campaigns are effortless to create and are well done! Creating tax letters are a perfect way to end the year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
