Customer support is readily available for any questions or help needed. **What do you dislike about Bonterra Network for Good?** When entering donations the template requires multiple "tabbing" past options we do not use. The page is long so scrolling or tabbing multiple times to get to the bottom of the page takes extra steps. would be nice to be able to customize the page for our organization's specific purposes. On the fundraising page, the options for photos that will work with the template (automatic cropping) is quite annoying. There are also a lot of amazing trainings available to help learn new things and train new staff! **What do you dislike about Bonterra Network for Good?** More functions for the nonprofit in terms of being able to process donor credit card donations as it is still limited. We have many donors that are not comfortable with computers or tech, so having more capability to process those donations would be extremely beneficial! **What problems is Bonterra Network for Good solving and how is that benefiting you?** Network for Good is allowing us to easily have access to donor information and donation history. It allows for easy access to communicating with donors. Network for Good also allows for easy processing of credit card donations. There are also a plethora of amazing help guides to assist with new areas that the nonprofit is not familiar with. **What do you dislike about Bonterra Network for Good?** Bonterra would be more beneficial for nonprofits if we could enter credit card donations for our donors without having to sign into their account. There are some ways in which we receive donations that make it difficult to enter the donations, so more flexibility and usability for the nonprofits to work with donations, specifically credit cards. Many of our donors don't use computers or don't have email addresses, so allowing the nonprofit to have more functionality with the credit card donation processing would be extremely helpful! **What problems is Bonterra Network for Good solving and how is that benefiting you?** They're providing a reputable means in which our donors can make their donations. So there's people that give directly through the Network for Good platform that we have. And those are the only ones that are captured as recurring donors, but we also add in gifts that people send via check and ACH into it. We had some feedback from people who came to our event that said that the logging in and registration process was confusing. Having to export data to Excel spreadsheets for further manipulation is cumbersome and inefficient, especially with over 5,000 donors in the management system. This process not only causes confusion but also introduces possibilities for human error. Additionally, the current AI integration has limitations, as it cannot yet produce specific reports, such as those needed for annual appeals (mass mail out process i need all donors (donations/ticket purchases/etc.) with mailing addresses present that have given within the last 3 years to our organization and include all major lifetime donors with mailing addresses ($5,000 and up) in one comprehensive report. There is no streamlined user-friendly reporting that can handle this request without spending hours reviewing Excel Spreadsheets. So I don't have a lot to compare it to. With that being said, I find it universally great for tracking donors and their donations. It offers a lot of features to initiate contact with current, old and lapsed donors. I would also like to mention that there have been significant changes that have made it easier to use, easily integrated with QuickBooks as well as clear and precise AI help to address any support issues I may come accross. **What do you dislike about Bonterra Network for Good?** I find the cost to be a little on the high side. The price would be the biggest factor. **What problems is Bonterra Network for Good solving and how is that benefiting you?** Initally when I started using Bonterra Network for Good you could not see (at least to my knowledge) exactly what donations were included in deposits. The systems sometimes bounces non-gmail emails and that can be frustrating. It is a setting that needs to be reset every now and again. Also, bounced emails are not removed from your contacts, so when you review annually, you must request they delete the bounced emails. If you do not request this, the bounced emails could place you in a higher contact level and the system costs more money. **What problems is Bonterra Network for Good solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have helped us resolve the bounced contact situation to prevent our account from going to the next contact level, they provide great customer service and can help you resolve all challenges you cannot figure out. Using the contacts feature and email blasts we have been able to put out higher and more frequent newsletters and mailings to our donors and subscribers. Onboarding was made incredibly simple and the customer service team took care of our entire import from Little Green Light. The templates for donor receipts and thank you's have also been a huge bonus! Overall we are very happy with the system and cannot wait for future updates, as each has made the platform even better than the last. **What do you dislike about Bonterra Network for Good?** One downside to Bonterra is not having an easy way to link two donors of the same household to the same donation. There is a household donation view, but due to the way donations are input they must be made by one person, officially. I also hope a future update will allow us to look up donors by address in the Giving tab, not just the contacts tab. Creating filters and contact groups has helped us pull information to keep us informed about our donor groups and fundraising campaigns. Communication with donors through email blasts, text messages and direct mail has been a useful tool for our non-profit, as well. We have several ticketed events throughout the year. Setting up events in NFG has been simple and works well for inviting guests, tracking ticket sales, promoting and staying in contact with event guests. Customer support through the chat feature has been very helpful. They are quick to respond and have generally been able to resolve my issues and/or lead me to whatever training we need. In our organization the Development role uses NFG nearly every day.
