Service and Help tools!!! Great customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the communication tools had made organizing email and direct mail blasts easier. I like to schedule emails and must duplicate and recopy. Hard to find them in the list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to use for the most part. It helps eliminate countless hours of sending messages, etc. The online help has been a great asset to have when I have questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It takes a long time to get graphics adjusted in Canva even using the design specifications. NFG recommended I use another design plattform. We have a paid Canva account and will not switch from using it, so another platform is not an option. All photos and graphics are fuzzy regardless of the quality of upload. Even their own website displaying users has hazy photos.
I also do not like the fact that when I have posted to Facebook in the past, it will not transfer the donors information. I will no longer use social media to post a direct link to our giving pages.
WE DESPERATELY WANT TO BE ABLE TO OFFER ACH BANK WITHDRAWALS FOR DONATIONS, as well as PAYPAL & VENMO options!! We have recurring donors that will no longer give because they do not want to pay fees and want an auto withdrawal from their bank account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Network for Good is extremely user-friendly. I am able to quickly import check donations in just a few minutes, I love that online donations are already imported. I enjoy being able to see how much our donors have contributed to our organization yearly and in a lifetime. My absolute favorite thing about Network for Good is the ease of being able to communicate with donors. If I want to send an email, write a letter, or send a video thank you, they are all extremely simple to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you go over a certain amount of contacts, you move up a price bracket. Therefore, I had to delete a lot of lapsed donors to get the price back down to what was in our budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

NFG was the right choice for our non-profit. We have seen a definite increase in donations since we began using Network for Good three years ago. It has provided us with a place to keep track of donor gifts, and it has given us helpful tools to reach our donor base better. NFG staff have been helpful and kind. Early on, we worked with NFG fundraising coach Elisabeth Finlayson, and her guidance and advice were invaluable. We are glad that we chose NFG as our donor management system. We would love to see NFG expand the events platform. We host multiple conferences each year and would like more options for managing registrations that come through NFG.
We would also like to have the option to create videos on our phones or computers and then download them into NFG to send to donors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We can easily keep track of all of the donations that come in to our business. It is very user friendly and easy to learn. We write letters every month to thank our donors and can send them via mail, email or even video and it is very easy to keep track of everything. We also use it to send out year end statements to donors. The graphs provide easy viewing of giving and information over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing we have ever had a problem with is formatting of letters (spacing changes) after we have written them but it was easily fixed by customer service using the chat option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The folks at Bonterra have developed a platform that syncs all the things necessary for good development and fundraising work, then crafted software that allows someone with modest tech skills to create content like an expert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't had a negative experience. Even the response times for tech support are fast, which isn't very common these days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their customer service is better than I've had with ANY other company for ANY other product...and it isn't even close. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few little things that could probably be tweaked to improve the product a little. Example: if a husband and wife have separate database entries, and one gives, that spouse that DOESNT give will pull up in reports of non-givers. It'd be good to have a way to link those...that said, there is a workaround in creating a group called "Giving Spouse" and tagging that spouse to be in that group and then you can exclude giving spouse as a group when you pull non-givers. But it's little stuff like that. All in all, this is AMAZING. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Bonterra for our fundraising efforts, and it's absolutely impressive. The platform is user-friendly and offers an all-in-one approach to managing donors, emails, and event packages. The online auction feature is a standout – incredibly efficient and innovative. Additionally, their CRM makes donor relationship management feel more like a partnership. It's been impactful for us, offering a great ROI with every use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being a one-person fundraising organization, I wish I had more people to help me so that I can utilize everything there is to offer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system is easy to navigate. Also, the mailer templates are great. Also, the ability to detect duplicates is a great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Price is steep for a non-profit. Some areas of the template are not at easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
