We use the Commuication tools multiple times a week. We love the segemation it provides and the capability of texting, sharing videos and capability of mutliple links in one email. Constituant management database is great and can export any report you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fundraising platform is ok for small events/ticket events. We have moved to another platform for our Day of Giving and other major events to have more functionality.

I love how everything is in one place: I can make multiple fundraising campaigns, I'm able to record all the information about my donors and attendees and see their participation progress, I can create a beautiful newsletter, and it makes it super easy to send end of year donor receipts. Tech support is awesome. There are several types of tech support--phone, chat, email and office hours. Love this and they have always gotten me unstuck quickly. We love the forms that we can create and link to our website. Giving pages, data management, all great for our small nonprofit! Most challenging has been that we can't change the verbiage on the giving pages from "donation" to "payment". That has been confusing for some of our donors who are paying for a camp registration or ticket and it says they are making a donation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to easily track donations and acknowledgments is a great asset. Also, having a built-in customizable email client is a convenient way to stay in contact with our participants, donors, and other stakeholders of our organization. When I export a list of donors that includes companies, the name of the company contact does not export. I have to add these individually to the spreadsheet. Please make it so that the company contact names also export. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
