Where Bonterra (Network for Good) could be better is with updating the online help modules which sometimes don't allow for common-sense mistakes that the average person is destined to make. The only complaints I have is that in the video option you have to record a video directly in the platform and it doesn't include subtitles, so this is not fully accessible for all donors.
