Many people just think that Bitly is just a link shortening tool as a simple service to make links shorter. But over time, and as digital strategies have become more sophisticated, I realized that their true potential lies in analytics. For me, that’s the most valuable thing. Every time I create a link, I can see how many people clicked, where they came from and what devices they used. This is key. For example, if I launch an Instagram campaign and use a specific link, I can know if it works better for me than another Facebook campaign. I like how fast you can work with Bitly. Normally, we have a lot of requests for graphic designs, and with Bitly, it takes not even a minute. It's very, very quick.
