Many people just think that Bitly is just a link shortening tool as a simple service to make links shorter. But over time, and as digital strategies have become more sophisticated, I realized that their true potential lies in analytics. For me, that’s the most valuable thing. Every time I create a link, I can see how many people clicked, where they came from and what devices they used. This is key. For example, if I launch an Instagram campaign and use a specific link, I can know if it works better for me than another Facebook campaign.
