What do you like best about Bitly?

As a marketing professional, it's important to me to track campaigns properly. We've been using Bitly QR codes to help track our direct mail. We also use it for sales brochures and business cards. The short URLs work perfectly with SMS. There is a lot of customization potential with colors, a logo, the style of the dots, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitly?

The analytics/reporting could be better. It's very limited. For example, you get country or city, and then much of that data is 'other'. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bitly?

Link shorting for social media is the best. Plus, with Bitly, you can create special tracking sources for each link to see which platform performs best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
