To be honest, BigTime is good but not perfect. Here are a few things that don’t work so well for me or that I wish were better: The mobile app is okay, but it feels a bit slow and clunky sometimes. When I’m on the go and want to quickly start or stop the timer, it takes a couple of extra seconds to load, which is annoying when I’m in a hurry. The user interface looks a little old-school. It’s not very modern or clean compared to some newer tools I’ve seen. Sometimes it feels like I’m using software from 10 years ago. It feels a bit crowded and outdated. The buttons and menus are small, and everything looks kind of gray and plain. A cleaner, modern look with bigger fonts, more white space, and brighter colors would make it much easier on the eyes, especially when I’m staring at it for hours.
