Keeping track of expenses and input in relations to invoicing. Being able to see when we are going over an original amount on a jobs original balance. We also like the tracking of what has been invoiced what can be closed out, earnings. Also being able to add to the job, not having to create multiple jobs for the same area or client. Not being able to attach documents to the jobs created. We are currently looking at different integrations to use, that will help us in transferring over job information which will help in the error of job set up. We have documents as in proposals, drawings, purchase order receipts if those items were able to be saved under the job itself would help in errors for inputing the details of the job and purchase orders for the job itself. What I find most helpful about BigTime is the timer feature. It’s incredibly easy to use with just one click, allowing me to track my time efficiently without navigating complicated menus. To be honest, BigTime is good but not perfect. Here are a few things that don’t work so well for me or that I wish were better: The mobile app is okay, but it feels a bit slow and clunky sometimes. When I’m on the go and want to quickly start or stop the timer, it takes a couple of extra seconds to load, which is annoying when I’m in a hurry. The user interface looks a little old-school. It’s not very modern or clean compared to some newer tools I’ve seen. Sometimes it feels like I’m using software from 10 years ago. It feels a bit crowded and outdated. The buttons and menus are small, and everything looks kind of gray and plain. A cleaner, modern look with bigger fonts, more white space, and brighter colors would make it much easier on the eyes, especially when I’m staring at it for hours.
