What do you like best about BigTime?

I really like how easy the timesheet system is to use. Entering time does not feel complicated, and the layout

makes it clear where everything goes. The website itself is also organized well, which makes it simple to find what

I need without wasting time searching through menus. Overall, the system feels straightforward and practical for

What do you dislike about BigTime?

One thing that can be frustrating is receiving reminder notifications to submit a timesheet even after it has

already been submitted. It can cause some confusion and makes you double check whether it actually went

What do you like best about BigTime?

What I like most is how simple and easy the platform is to use. The interface is clear, and I can quickly complete

what I need without confusion. It covers all our requirements and gives us the resources needed to manage time

and projects properly. I also feel confident in the security and authentication process, which is very efficient.

What do you dislike about BigTime?

One limitation is that I cannot save a note if the informed time is 0.0. It would be helpful to record the reason for a

0.0 entry, such as approved time off or other exceptions. Having that flexibility would improve documentation

I like how simple the timecard layout is. It’s easy to understand and does not take much time to get used to. The

login process is also straightforward, which makes getting into the system quick and hassle free. Overall, the basic

There are occasional crashes, which can be frustrating when trying to complete tasks. The project management

pages can also be confusing. Many of them look very similar and contain overlapping information, so it is not

What do you like best about BigTime?

I like the ease of adding and tracking time for each project in BigTime. The Google login is also a good-to-have feature. The reports help me understand how I am allocated, helping me manage my time and resources. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BigTime?

The core UX is workable and relatively intuitive. The spreadsheet-style grid is familiar, and once projects/rows are set up, it's fairly straightforward to enter hours (though the interface could be cleaner and more modern) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BigTime?

It's not meaningfully integrated with the tools I currently use. If BigTime pulled meeting metadata from Outlook/Teams (and ideally Asana) and pre-populated time blocks by client/project, it would remove a huge chunk of manual effort and probably reduce errors. What do you like best about BigTime?

I use BigTime as a consultant to log billable time to client projects, and it helps me sort time by project, at the level of detail to which we build our timecodes. It's relatively easy to use and can be customized to fit any size project. I like that all the partners in my firm have access to the same timecodes, making it easy to aggregate all time allocated to each project.
