I've always heard that it is more difficult to work in than for design than Spotify but I've never confirmed this and I don't really care. I always outsource design work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BigCommerce?

Easy to use Admin interface with every tool needed to create and run an online store. By far the most user friendly cart on the market Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasional quirky issues. The live help chat is good for beginners, but for experienced users it's rarely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Big Commerce makes it so much easier than our previous platform to update pricing and add new products. Organized method of making sure meta data and seo friendly information is filled in for every page. Great help explaining what should go in each field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BigCommerce?

Very easy to setup and has pretty good customization features. No transaction fees from BigCommerce. Monthly or yearly subscriptions. available You can have between 3 and 100 staff logins but the price obviously goes up with more users.
