WebDav is not working for us. I have to clear my whole cache each time I want to use it ;-( Also, the API's require more tech skills then I have, so I have to use outside resources to accomplish this. I like everything about the BigCommerce platform. I've spent 10 times more money on other tailored sites and I would never do that again after using the BigCommerce options.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is great. We were getting good results on Google even without actually implementing all the SEO features that are offered within BigCommerce.

Probably my biggest gripe is that you are not able to do subscription products (i.e. a monthly paid magazine etc) very easily without paying quite a lot extra for a third-party application such as Recurly.
Product filtering is either development work, a paid app, or the top-level package. This should, in my opinion, be standard across all packages.
The product options, although quite powerful, is quite complicated and fiddly unfortunately.
