WebDav is not working for us. I have to clear my whole cache each time I want to use it ;-( Also, the API's require more tech skills then I have, so I have to use outside resources to accomplish this. Probably my biggest gripe is that you are not able to do subscription products (i.e. a monthly paid magazine etc) very easily without paying quite a lot extra for a third-party application such as Recurly.
Product filtering is either development work, a paid app, or the top-level package. This should, in my opinion, be standard across all packages.
The product options, although quite powerful, is quite complicated and fiddly unfortunately.
