The user interface is pretty outdated and it's not very intuitive. There is no "preview" button, so you can't see any updates you make to the site without publishing it live, which is a huge problem for an e-commerce site that receives a lot of traffic. As a former web designer, before opening our e-commerce business I have have used several shopping cart programs. Big Commerce has created an easy to use system for businesses to get started quickly. Everything is there and Big Commerce is priced competitively. Whether you are using their telephone, chat or email support, they respond quickly with support based in the United States. The only thing I dislike is not being able to properly sync my store with google analytics and adwords. I have reached out to both BigCommerce and Google and each company points there finger at the other guy. Just wish I could get some help, I need to know my ROI.
