What do you like best about BigCommerce?

I've been searching for an e-commerce solution to help me track inventory across the online and in-store POS. Big COmmerce is the best solution for Square users - links up easily so all your inventory's in one place - plus, so many more SEO improvement options, Google and Facebook ads plugs-ins and more. Really think everything they've added so far helps us - fomr easy set-up to shipping choice plu-ins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BigCommerce?

I don't like having to enter weights to get real-time shipping quotes, but it's worth it once you see customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BigCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem Big Commerce solved for us was the pit in our stomach every time we received an online order + were unsure if the item was actually in stock in the store. Square offers their own online storefront, and we tried it, but using it killed our online sales - think their SEO may not be the best, yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BigCommerce?

If you are looking for a great software to use that helps create a website, obtain customer orders and does all the dirty work for you (order confirmation and tracking number emails) then this is the software for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BigCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

All of our orders are in one place. We can easily view and track orders, update shipping statuses, obtain user information, find top customers, and create coupon codes for our customers to use. This system is very, very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BigCommerce?

The support team is really great and responsive. They are very helpful and do well in updating on the status of the issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BigCommerce?

The integrations with other software/marketplaces/apps are not always smooth. For example, there are some issues connecting with the Amazon Marketplace, and there are no direct integrations to Walmart Marketplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is great for basic eCommerce store management, but be aware that it does not have a lot of integrations yet (i.e. if you want to sell on other marketplaces or implement other programs to your store). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
