BC has allowed us to bring our products to the online market for a very reasonable fee. We can add new products easily uploading photos and descriptions. BC also has tons of apps that help with marketing and sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing that makes me crazy is the need to change our password every 90 days. My banks, the IRS, pretty much everyone does NOT require me to change my password but for some reason BC feels it necessary. It is not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The entire site is easy to use. It is the first thing we train office staff on, and is our main focus as it is our own storefront. In our capacity, it is nearly impossible to mess up and integrates with multiple APIs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some features that really should come standard with a site like this (though we can almost always find a suitable add-on/plug-in). One of these features being the ability to upload files for customers to download. The bulk imports and exports can get a bit messy as well, but a little practice will overcome that. I love that it is an All-In-One solution. It can build your website with shopping cart included is just a few easy steps. Their support is great too if you run into any difficulties. They offer lots of different shipping options, purchasing options (Credit Card, Paypal etc), there is also a big community if you want to do things that are not built in. Ease of use - when trying to setup the store, I found that it was not a very user friendly software. Options that I needed were not available to me. If you need to do anything complicated, like offer a prescription service, it requires using a widget, which doesn't integrate with the existing shopping cart.
