Barracuda Email Security Gateway is so easy to setup and manage. It filters our email quite well with the default filters and we can easily add more specific filters if we need them. I feel we are so much better protected now than before. We really haven't had any issues that required customer support, but I am sure it will be as great as the product is when we do need it. Barracuda Email Security Gateway really doesn't have any negatives that I have found. It works and it easily integrated with our Microsoft 365 email. I hate having to deal with reverse dns entries for sending servers, I would think that setting up some kind of DNS TXT record to validate the domain, or the IP being included in the published SPF would be enough Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
