I like that my job offers Awardco to its employees and that they put it in an easy to find place for us. I really like how easy it is to find how many points you have and where to redeem them. There are many options for redemptions like company merch, Amazon, tickets to events, and even hotels. The website is very clean and easy to navigate. The thing I like best about Awardco is how easy they make it to to receive your award that you've chosen. After I had selected my gift card from the multitude of options, I was presented with several ways to redeem it, which I approved of because I myself do not have access to a printer at home. I genuinely cannot think of anything negative about Awardco! I will say there are some potential drawbacks based on the item you're purchasing - for instance, I almost used Awardco to purchase a t-shirt as a Christmas gift, but I was unable to select a size so it may not be the best for clothing, but I can easily use it for a multitude of other purchases! My employer provided the occasional opportunity to be Noticed, earn Reward points. When you have enough Points, they can be redeemed by using Rewardco. I was pleasant surprised with the options available. The best thing for me, was also probably the easiest and that was taking the value on an Amazon gift card. The card, was virtual, not physical. They emailed a code to me. Amzon accepted it very easily. We spent it just as easily. I was able to get something I really Wanted and my employer, with Rewardco's help, paid for it. I enjoy that my company utilizes Awardco as often as it does. It brings us together as not only colleagues, but as a community.

Not only do I feel good about recieving points for performing well and participating in work events, I feel like the points actually mean something and are worth they value they provide. The rewards are more than enough of an incentive for earning points.

I like how easy it is to keep track of the points I've recieved. The fact that I get email reminders of my points, becasue sometimes I forget that I have points to redeem.

This is a harder question. I haven't found anything I truly dislike about Awardco. I guess, to be nitpicky, navigating the site could be easier, like having an in-page menu to refer to instead of going back to the main page to search for rewards.

I dislike having an expiration date on points. I'd like to have more of a chance to save up for more rewards, instead of panic-choosing a reward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that you can accumulate points and they don't expire! You don't have to worry about missing out on the rewards that you have been given! I love the choices of products and if you cannot find what you are looking for you can choose to get a Visa card to purchase whatever it is from it! They are very easy to use! I check in frequently to check to see what has been added to the products. AwardCo offers customer support chat and phone numbers to help with the customers! I was given the option to download the mobile app that so I could take the time to really look over the products that were available and see what points I have accumlated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, I can't say that I have found anything that I dislike. I have been with the company that uses AwardCo for 9 months and haven't had any issues with exchanging points for orders, no issues with points missing or not adding up, nothing. f I could give the AwardCo 10 stars I would!! Awardco is a great way to recognize a colleague or subordinate for going above and beyond, or to simply send a kudos expressing your appreciation for their hardwork and dedication. It's an awesome instant recognition tool that everyone loves! The extensive list of items you can purchase using the points you earn is impressive; something for everyone! I personally love the gift cards you can purchase and get access to immediately, no waiting for the delivery of your earned recognition! This amazing feature will motivate employees to go the extra mile if they think it will earn them points to purchase these tangible rewards. I am definitely a fan! I haven't run accross any negatives with using this tool to date. I have used many different recognition programs and platforms in my 20+ years in management, and I can say I like Awardco better than the others I have used so far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Awardco has been a great tool to use to show people recognition for the awesome things they do. And it's nice that recognition converts to points that you can spend on real products. It's a fun way to convert recognition to dollar value. My favorite thing is that you can convert the points into gift cards! It's nice that I can do it directly from slack too!

The only thing I dislike about awardco in several years of use is that there is not gift card option for Steam. I get that adding new vendors into their system will involve contracts and permissions. So I don't mean to knock AwardCo for this. It doesn't affect functionality or anything. Just a preference I have. I think steam is picky with gift cards in general. I love that I can use points awarded to me to make purchases for either specific businesses or just general purchases! I can also opt to receive just cash if needed! It's so versatile and very user friendly! I have only been using Awardco for a couple months now through my employer, but it is so easy to use and find whatever I need! If I can't find something, the customer service is exceptional! I love the fact that I can recognize and PRAISE other employees in my company! There are so many that deserve recognition! I LOVE AWARDCO! This is the first company I've ever worked at that has used Awardco and I've loved the capabilities! It is so nice to recognize our colleagues and have it show up for all of the company to see and share in the excitement. It is super easy to use the platform, even for those that are not as technically savvy. There are also multiple different types of recognition which is nice. I think the best part is the type of rewards, they have so many gift card options and item options that there's something for everyone which makes things super easy. When cashing out on your rewards I was able to get my gift card within an hour, making it super quick and simple.
