I use Culture Cloud at IAG to recognise colleagues and redeem rewards through the culture cloud store. I recently redeemed a Woolworths gift card and a fuel card. I initially thought the fuel card would be delivered electronically, but it was sent as a physical card and I had also entered the wrong delivery address.

I contacted support, and they helped resolve the issue quickly. The communication was clear and the process was straightforward. Culture Cloud helps address the challenge of recognizing and rewarding employees for their contributions in a meaningful, consistent way. I’ve had a very positive experience browsing Culture Cloud. I've had a very positive experience with the support team. They're responsive, easy to communicate with, and consistently deliver on time. The platform itself is easy to use, with a clean interface. I genuinely believed that I had not received my gift card because I had already checked my junk and spam folders. I also thought that I may have accidentally deleted the email. O.C. Tanner contacted me the next business day and assured me that a replacement e-gift card had been sent. I later discovered that the gift card email had been filtered into an Avast phishing/suspicious email folder. Once O.C. Tanner provided the name of the company that issued the gift card, I searched that folder and located both the original gift card email and the replacement gift card email. I like that in addition to the pre-made eCards, you have access to the giphy library to be able to personalize your card for your peer/friend/coworker/boss. This makes it more meaningful, being able to exactly express your feelings. The program is very intuitive and easy to use, even for those brand new to the organization. There aren't any downsides to using it, but I have seen some people not realize that Life Events was a category to send birthday, promotion, anniversary cards, etc. and were surprised to learn that was a possibility.I would think Celebrate You indicates this, but on the recognize page, it speaks to "someone you've recognized doing great work" and doesn't mention the other reasons to "recognize" someone. I like that Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner is very easy to use and provides proper levels of recognition when I need it. I often use the Recognize function, which is very user-friendly. When I'm unsure of the level of recognition to give, the platform helps me by asking detailed questions, ensuring fairness and clarity, and it hasn't disappointed me so far. I had an issue where I submitted a nomination and it didn't go through or get awarded even after a few days post-approval, which required me to chat to understand the situation. Also, it's not easy to identify if I have any upcoming expiring points. Right now, I need to navigate around to check for expiring points, and even though we get a notification for soon-to-expire points, it would be helpful to have an overview on the main page to plan future redemptions better.
