Whats most helpful is the freedom of AwardCo when recognizing employees, it gives them the freedom to choose how they'd like to spend their reward. Instead of us managers going out and rewarding an employee with a gift card they have no interest in. I love that i can build contests or recognition programs and it comes straight out of my company's budget. It cuts down on expense reports i have to submit. I enjoy the employee engagement when we enable the non monetary rewards such as peer to peer recognition. I'd also like to applaud their customer service! I have been utilizing AwardCo for our Monthly Wellness Challenges for over a year now. Each month, I create a themed EARN program. Participants are then entered into a drawing at the end of the month for points. This platform has allowed me to create consistency between programs. I can schedule ahead and never worry about a program not going live on time. The reporting options allow me to capture not only participation, but top performers as well. This reporting system has also provided a lot of data that has inspired change within our Wellness Program. With single sign on, employees are one click away from AwardCo at all times. Even the most technology challenged employees seem to be able to flow through this platform with ease. The only issue that I have encountered with AwardCo has involved redeeming an employees points onto a VISA card. There was quiet a bit of back and forth and the resolution ended up coming from a third party vendor. Overall, the employee and I both felt somewhat brushed off. However, were able to identify the underlying issues, get it resolved and the employee was happy. I do wish Awardco offered more options for physical gift cards. Our team members do have to jump through some hoops in order to get a physical visa gift card and the vendor does take a small fee. I really enjoy being able to show other nurses I work with how much even the littlest thing can mean! You don't get to work with each other, our roles are more of a one-on-one with the patients. Little things they do can make the biggest difference for our patients and I love being able to think them. I also like being able to send them a note on their birthdays or service anniversaries! I like that my job offers Awardco to its employees and that they put it in an easy to find place for us. I really like how easy it is to find how many points you have and where to redeem them. There are many options for redemptions like company merch, Amazon, tickets to events, and even hotels. The website is very clean and easy to navigate. The thing I like best about Awardco is how easy they make it to to receive your award that you've chosen. After I had selected my gift card from the multitude of options, I was presented with several ways to redeem it, which I approved of because I myself do not have access to a printer at home. I genuinely cannot think of anything negative about Awardco! I will say there are some potential drawbacks based on the item you're purchasing - for instance, I almost used Awardco to purchase a t-shirt as a Christmas gift, but I was unable to select a size so it may not be the best for clothing, but I can easily use it for a multitude of other purchases! My employer provided the occasional opportunity to be Noticed, earn Reward points. When you have enough Points, they can be redeemed by using Rewardco. I was pleasant surprised with the options available. The best thing for me, was also probably the easiest and that was taking the value on an Amazon gift card. The card, was virtual, not physical. They emailed a code to me. Amzon accepted it very easily. We spent it just as easily. I was able to get something I really Wanted and my employer, with Rewardco's help, paid for it. I enjoy that my company utilizes Awardco as often as it does. It brings us together as not only colleagues, but as a community.

Not only do I feel good about recieving points for performing well and participating in work events, I feel like the points actually mean something and are worth they value they provide. The rewards are more than enough of an incentive for earning points.

I like how easy it is to keep track of the points I've recieved. The fact that I get email reminders of my points, becasue sometimes I forget that I have points to redeem.

This is a harder question. I haven't found anything I truly dislike about Awardco. I guess, to be nitpicky, navigating the site could be easier, like having an in-page menu to refer to instead of going back to the main page to search for rewards.

I dislike having an expiration date on points. I'd like to have more of a chance to save up for more rewards, instead of panic-choosing a reward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that you can accumulate points and they don't expire! You don't have to worry about missing out on the rewards that you have been given! I love the choices of products and if you cannot find what you are looking for you can choose to get a Visa card to purchase whatever it is from it! They are very easy to use! I check in frequently to check to see what has been added to the products. AwardCo offers customer support chat and phone numbers to help with the customers! I was given the option to download the mobile app that so I could take the time to really look over the products that were available and see what points I have accumlated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, I can't say that I have found anything that I dislike. I have been with the company that uses AwardCo for 9 months and haven't had any issues with exchanging points for orders, no issues with points missing or not adding up, nothing. f I could give the AwardCo 10 stars I would!!
