I love the reporting and ability to track every step in the system.
The nominate process is great because it encourages users to follow the process, to include following the candidate through, every step of the way. It also automates activity logs, which used to have to be done separately, in Classic.

With only being a front and 1/2 back-office system, we have to manually post entries every week from Avionte to our accounting software. We have to continue to update mapping as needed in the GL. An all-in-one back office system to include financial reporting and accounts payable, would be fantastic.

One of the biggest struggles over the years with Avionte has been their customer support. From the start, we had issues getting our problems resolved and our questions answered. It's easy to view the different categories. It's nicely laid out and easy to navigate. I also like the TI Ideal Talent and Auto Matcher when sourcing for candidates. The "Talent Compare" in individual profiles is also a nice feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it's difficult to find a specific person I'm looking for in the search bar, especially if they have a common last name. You have to take some time and go through a process of elimination. I like many of the new features in Avionte Bold, but I do have concerns with some of the features that we are losing moving from Classic to Bold.
