Autopilot is a phenomenal tool for marketing automation and email workflows! It connects almost seamlessly with the tools I use every day which is essential for keeping our team in the know and on the same page.
Other things I like about Autopilot are:
-It has a ton of integrations with other tools
-Workflows are really easy to build and are visually appealing. You can also connect something to an existing path rather than building out the same flow in a different branch (something I had to do with HubSpot which was a big waste of time)
-You can set "goals" on your journeys which are super customizable to your company's needs because you can use lists and segments. This is so much more powerful because you can move beyond just email click and open rates Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would really like for Autopilot to develop native forms. The theme on our website has a variety of forms and pop-ups (the Divi theme with the Bloom plugin, which is a very popular Wordpress theme) but they won't work with Autopilot because it requires me to connect directly with an email provider and Autopilot is not one of them. Typically I could select the option to paste an HTML form, but since this isn't something Autopilot has, I don't have a way of connecting them.
The problem I now have is that I'm using a form plugin (Ninja Forms) but this can't be read by Autopilot's form reader. The submit buttons aren't actually coded in the right way for Autopilot to recognize them, so I've had to use Zapier to connect these tools. I have my workflow down and this works, but it's a bunch of extra steps for a simple task and it makes it difficult for my team to jump in and help because there are so many programs to coordinate.
There are form plugins that will work, but I have other criteria I need to consider and Ninja Forms was the best option. It was easier for me to just use Zapier and have my other criteria met by the form than using a plugin that connects well with Autopilot.
The other things I wish Autopilot did better or had solutions for are:
-Reporting beyond just emails
-Ability to customize the fields I see on contact views
-A section for emails so I didn't have to go through journeys themselves
-In the email reporting section, I would really like to be able to see the actual contacts in each bucket (opened, clicked, replied, etc) without having to export them or create a list
-I wish there was a way to have general journey enrollment criteria without having to create segments or lists (similar to how HubSpot is setup). I want to keep my segments and lists clean, and sometimes I need to create a really specific segment for a journey to run. It just makes for unnecessary clutter
-I wish it was easier to schedule an email at a specific time. It's a bit of a weird process because you can set your jounry live and "delay" the email by a certain time but it's a bit odd. It's because the tool is moreso meant for a series of emails rather than one-offs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI is very clean and intuitive, which makes the process of campaign building very easy and natural - a real benefit in our already busy days.
The customer support is a real standout too, because I've now reached out to the team about 3 or 4 times over the last 12 months and they never fail to address our our queries over live chat promptly, professionally and with a really good nature.
This makes a huge difference in the overall experience and a big part of the reason we continue to use Ortto and recommend it to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a couple of glitches here and there, but nothing serious.
We find that when we are testing emails some of the publishing looks 'a bit off' compared to the finished product, making it harder to feel sure about the final appearance. In saying this, some of this could be due to various email clients like Outlook365.
While the personal tech support is fantastic and better than most SaaS products we use, the self-serve articles aren't always as helpful. I've found myself a bit frustrated that I can't look up an answer and instead need to start a chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For me it´s a perfect balance of price and quality. Covers the core necesities for eficient marketing automations campaigns and support team is great. I have been using it since 2020, when it was Autopilot, so still in love. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Waiting for reporting features to be more flexible and potential for data analysis. Right now it´s quite limited.
- Waiting for more integration options Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface is very simple to use even though some of the features are quite advanced. We have recently implemented Ortto and I've found their live chat feature incredibly helpful, their customer support team are very responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is more expensive than others we have looked at and some features that are standard with others are not with Ortto. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ortto has several great features; for example, it integrates with customer relationship management systems, enables email marketing, and helps generate and qualify sales leads through lead scoring and ROI reporting. Our sales staff benefits greatly from lead tracking and segmentation, as it allows them to send more relevant and targeted messages. I really like the ability to track interaction on channels that are difficult to qualify with personalized remarketing. One of the most useful features is the ability to monitor campaigns in real time; this allows us to make quick adjustments to our tactics, which in turn increases the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing efforts. Sometimes, technical support does not react quickly enough to fix major issues, which has been a problem for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Orrto has been great for us to intergreate SMS and email campaigns. Its easy to use and works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a small charity, the cost is high. It wasnt as straight forward to intergrate with our Salesforce as I would have liked. took longer than i had hoped to get right ,Not having an account manager or someone to help onboard didnt help. . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer support is fantastic, highly responsive and helpful. I think the product in general balances depth and user friendly features well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing that I dislike about the platform so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best part is the amount of functionality they have for different circumstances and support for any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No real downsides other then form intergrations such as no conditonal form support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is easy to use and has all the functions needed to create email campaign for our company. Customer support was super helpful and responded withing a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maybe the only improvement could be to add a function to be able to include someone in the CC for links to send an email. (So in an email campaign, there is a button that direct the custoemr to write an email, now it is possible to add someone as a recipient, but not in CC). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
