**What do you like best about Ashby?**

One of the things I like best about Ashby is its reporting and analytics capabilities. The reporting system is very detailed, customizable, and easy to understand, which makes it much easier to track recruiting performance and make data-driven decisions. Instead of manually gathering information from different sources, Ashby centralizes recruiting data into clear dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into the hiring pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

One thing I dislike about Ashby is that the language and terminology used throughout the platform are not always user-friendly. Instead of feeling intuitive, some parts of the platform require extra time to understand what certain terms or functions actually mean.

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ashby solves the problem of messy and hard-to-understand recruiting data by putting all reporting in one place. Instead of checking different tools or making spreadsheets by hand, I can see clear reports in real time. These reports show things like how the hiring process is going, how long it takes to hire someone, where candidates come from, and where they get stuck.

This helps me because I don’t need to waste time collecting data from different places. I can quickly see what is working and what is not. For example, I can easily notice if too many candidates stop after the first interview or if one job is taking too long to fill.

While Ashby is very powerful, some of its more advanced features—especially reporting and automation—can take time to learn and use confidently. Also, certain integrations or edge-case customizations may require help from support instead of being fully self-serve.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

I greatly appreciate Ashby's AI Note Taker, the customizable dashboards that can be created, as well as the automations that help avoid repetitive tasks. The facilitated exchanges with everyone involved in recruitment are very valuable, especially with the Hiring Managers. This saves us a lot of time and helps us become more professional in recruitment. The onboarding prepared by Ashby is also top-notch, and the Customer Success Managers are very present. Additionally, the documentation and AI provided to us are very useful and comprehensive.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

Getting to grips with the software is quite technical, but it remains necessary given all the possible features.

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ashby solves automation problems, avoiding repetitive tasks. It facilitates exchanges with managers and saves us time. We become more professional in recruitment thanks to dashboards and automations.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

Ashby stands out as a high-performance, “all-in-one” platform that can replace separate ATS, CRM, and scheduling tools with one streamlined workflow. Its biggest differentiator is its BI-grade analytics, with native, deep-dive reporting on funnel metrics and Quality of Hire that most competitors can’t match. Combined with sophisticated automation and built-in AI for resume summarization, it cuts down on manual work and supports a more structured, data-led recruiting process—making it an excellent fit for scaling teams.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

The platform’s biggest strength is also its main drawback: its deep configurability comes with a steep learning curve, and it can feel “over-engineered” when you only have straightforward hiring needs. The UI also tends to be click-heavy, and the nested filtering system may frustrate recruiters who prefer a more traditional Boolean search approach. On top of that, Ashby is a premium investment, with costs that can scale quickly as you add seats or enable advanced sourcing features, which may make it price-prohibitive for smaller teams or for teams that aren’t using the full analytical suite.

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ashby eliminates the “fragmented tech stack” by bringing our ATS, CRM, and scheduling together in one unified system. As a result, we no longer have to manually sync data across multiple apps.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

You can automate your entire talent acquisition workflow with this tool. The fraud detection and AI features, in particular, have been standout additions, and we get a lot of value from them. We also really like the Kanban board, and our interviewers appreciate the load balancing for interview management.

I want to call out that the Teams onboarding and support staff have been amazing and tremendously helpful. While the product is intuitive, it's also very powerful, so to get the most out of its full functionality, there may be a small learning curve. That said, the team is great about sharing tips and tricks along the way, and their knowledge base is phenomenal if you ever need to self-serve.


**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

We’re currently on the Foundation plan, so we don’t get all the bells and whistles. Since we’re not scaling as fast right now, its still inhibits our process as we could still benefit from some of the efficiencies that are locked behind higher tiers. For example, on the Foundation plan you can only upload one type of offer letter template. If you need a different offer letter that includes a sign-on bonus, you have to remove the original offer letter template and then upload the version with the sign-on bonus instead. Another example is that I need interviewers to sign an NDA through DocuSign, and I’d like it automated so that when you move a candidate to the next round, the NDA is triggered automatically. That automation feature isn’t available on the Foundation plan.

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We receive many fraudulent applications that LI doesn’t seem to think are its responsibility to sift through. I trust Ashby’s fraud detection so much that I don’t have to waste my time even reviewing a resume that clearly shows the person is abroad. I can’t even imagine what SSN they’re using, unless they’re impersonating someone in the States and giving them a cut of the salary.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

We're quite early on into using Ashby, but this is what we have found so far:

- Very easy to use and intuitive - Hiring Managers find it easy to engage with.
- You can feel it's built by technical people, for technical people. It feels right at home in our studio.
- With other ATSs I reviewed, I wasn't confident they'd scale with us. Ashby's functionality gave me real confidence the system will grow with us.
- Extensive integration options.
- Support has been genuinely outstanding compared to previous systems. Friendly, helpful, and practical - responses are prompt and have continued well beyond the initial onboarding phase. The onboarding itself is lengthy, but straightforward if you follow the documentation step by step.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

- Ashby does so much that I feel I might not be making the most of all the integrations and features.

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can upload an advert in one place and it can post it to multiple locations - something our old ATS wasn't able to support.

Tracking applications and keeping Hiring Managers on track takes some of the pressure off the manual admin of reminding people about interviews for example.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

Ashby has been a game changer for my org's recruiting practices and for my day to day as a recruiter. I love all the features and things you can automate. Having Ashby has completely cut out some additional things we had to use to keep everything organized.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

There's really nothing I dislike, but I do have some ideas for updates (like putting the candidate location at the top of their profile where their contact info is).

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ashby is such a great ATS! I love the view of our open roles that candidates see and their application process. It's not just about loving it from the recruiter/admin side, but I also like the platform from the candidate view. There are also lots of great AI features in Ashby and my favorite is the recording of interviews. Candidates can opt out and while I was nervous about having interviews recorded, I love having the recording as a resource to go back to and/or share parts with the hiring manager to get feedback. The recording isn't even my favorite part about this, though. I have feedback forms built into all of my recruiter screens and with the recording, I can use AI to review the call and plug the notes in for me. These are not only accurate, but they also give timestamps to refer back to. Genius!

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

I really like how much time the platform saves me on coordination. The Google Calendar sync is great; it's instant and makes scheduling interviews painless. I can also confidently manage our hiring efforts with external agencies because the access controls and visibility are smooth. Beyond that, the pipeline view is visually the best I’ve used, it's clean, easy to read, and allows for extremely simple, yet effective, candidate tracking and management.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

My one small frustration is the learning materials, while the support team is fantastic once you connect with them, the help articles themselves can be a bit much. If I just have a quick question I don't always want to email support, or to dig through the massive knowledge base. The AI bot is getting there with linking to the right place with the answer , but it's not quite there yet.

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small startup with only one person managing the entire hiring process, Ashby has solved our bandwidth and time management challenge. The platform has been a huge time saver; it handles many of the manual tasks that used to eat up my day. I feel like I haven't even had a chance to explore all the automation features yet, but what I am using is already helpful. The reporting is incredibly intuitive, which means I can pull the essential hiring metrics for our team without having to spend time building spreadsheets.

Ashby has completely transformed our hiring process at Teya, providing the team with much greater visibility into recruitment and helping us identify and address bottlenecks. The reporting feature feels like a standalone product—the insights it offers have been truly eye-opening, revealing valuable information about areas of the business beyond just talent acquisition.

The product support is excellent. Unlike many companies that simply sell you software and move on, the Ashby team is highly knowledgeable, responsive, and always ready with a solution. If they don’t have an answer immediately, they are willing to develop one for you.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

For beginners, the platform may feel quite intimidating due to its extensive customisability, which can make certain areas confusing. However, there is a wealth of help material and educational content available online to help users get up to speed. Still, if you are someone who doesn't have much time to dedicate, the learning curve might feel even steeper.

Ashby addresses our primary challenge of ensuring visibility and accountability throughout our hiring process across the organization. The platform provides valuable insights, from recruitment metrics to usage patterns, and helps identify bottlenecks. I love how Ashby is my all-in-one tool for everything related to sourcing and recruiting. It's super easy to use and all the integrations with other apps usually work really great. Their support team is very responsive and I use the tool every day.

Sometimes, bugs or feature requests take really long to be implemented but I know they have tons of things on their plate.

Honestly, not much. Most of the things I dislike aren’t really Ashby’s fault; they’re more about third-party providers (e.g., LinkedIn).

We’re a pre-seed company hiring quickly, and we’re not recruiters. We needed to professionalize our recruiting process and get off spreadsheets, and this solved that for us.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

- Ashby has a clean user interface that, once you get the hang of it, is easy to navigate and feels intuitive. 
- Sourcing tool contained within the system - when I was doing a lot of heavy sourcing in previous roles, I loved that everything was all connected in one system, so you don't have a bunch of clunky copy/pasting etc. 
- I think the reminders are helpful and the way candidates move through the system is useful for me when things are moving quickly, much less risk of candidates getting lost in the shuffle/visual reminders of who you need to follow up with. 
- Customization of building out the workflows, automation, and feedback forms. It's super easy to customize anything you could want and add in automation to help recruiters who are receiving a high volume of applicants. 
- They are always working on their roadmap and adding new features - this is one of the primary reasons as an HR professional I recommend teams not necessarily just use whatever baked in ATS comes with an HRIS or some other software they're using. It's likely that they won't be making updates to it or keeping up with the latest features that make recruiters and candidates' lives easier. Ashby is a leader in the industry and they maintain that by continually building, listening to their customers, and offering great support at, in my opinion, a reasonable price point.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

- There is a learning curve to using Ashby most effectively which can be a little challenging for folks to grasp onto. Once you get the hang of it, it makes a lot of sense but I have seen some team members struggle with the structure of how Ashby works when coming from software that is much more "bare bones". I think it's worth getting over the learning curve!
- I have never really got into using the offer letter features that Ashby has because for my purposes, things need tweaked and changed enough where it feels more cumbersome than is worth it, so I usually have just ended up using Docusign, adobe sign, or something similar outside of Ashby to get offer letters processed.

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used Ashby as an ATS at several companies now and it primarily helps our team stay organized throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle. It supports all the way from candidate leads and initial conversations through the interview process, capturing feedback, and moving candidates to either "archive" status or to an offer letter/acceptance. It also helps with proactive sourcing since it can integrate with LinkedIn and many other job platforms. Prior to Ashby at my current company, everyone had their own way of gathering feedback on a candidate but we didn't house it in a centralized place so Ashby has also solved that for us, which I feel is an extremely important piece of the recruiting process.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

I used Ashby at my previous workplace, so when it was time to implement a new ATS at my new workplace, I had a noticeable bias.  I did my due dilligence in demoing other ATS', but none of them compared to my needs as an HR team of one.  Ashby has a clean, easy-to-use UI - a very forward-thinking system.  I also appreciate the bundle of resources in the knowledge base.  I can find answers to all of my questions and haven't been led astray yet.  When implementing the system and introducing it to my team, it blended seamlessly with my existing partners such as Google Workspace, Checkr, and Gusto.  I couldn't ask for a more efficient system.  As a daily user, juggling multiple roles with varying workflows, Ashby allows me to customize each workflow as needed.  From the initial sales call through implementation, I've been provided with amazing support, and I really appreciate the Help Center, which features an AI component that helps me quickly identify and solve issues that I may encounter.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

I love everything about Ashby.  Honestly, it is the best in the market for a small start up.

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ashby allows me to manage multiple roles, across departments, with varying workflows.  All customizable to the needs of the role, department, and managers.  I can easily schedule interviews w/ the calendar integration, and streamline communications with the candidates via email and hiring teams via notes.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

The system offers a vast array of features that cater to both large companies hiring 200 people a year and smaller businesses hiring just one. I constantly feel there is more to explore, and the longer I use it, the more capabilities I uncover. Their database and university resources are also very useful. What I find especially valuable, particularly when I’m busy and don’t have time to research an issue, is that I can simply email support. They respond immediately with answers, suggestions, or whatever assistance is needed. Their responses are always extremely friendly, so unlike other places, I never feel like I’m inconveniencing them.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

I wouldn’t say that I dislike anything about it, but for someone whose role isn’t fully dedicated to recruitment, it can sometimes feel overwhelming due to the sheer number of features available. It can be challenging to know where to start and when to explore the more advanced features.

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate having all the information centralized, such as CVs, notes, and feedback. It's also convenient to be able to send direct links for candidates to schedule their interviews.

I love a lot of things about Ashby. For me, the most impactful feature has been the removal of many recruiting admin tasks. Due to the ease and intuitiveness of the scheduling workflow, it's possible to eliminate the need for a coordinator in a small organization. I also find the data reporting capabilities impressive. The data available for reporting is incredible, as it provides hiring teams with clear funnel insights without requiring any recruiter time investment. The AI Report Builder is a game-changer, removing any barriers to entry for building reports. Furthermore, Ashby replaces multiple tools with a single, all-in-one solution, driving efficiency and quicker hiring times. The automation, templates, and workflows within Ashby have greatly enhanced our recruiting processes, allowing for data-driven hiring decisions and process improvements.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

I find Ashby incredibly customizable, which can be overwhelming when it comes to implementation. This level of customization might deter teams that don't have the bandwidth to strategize on customizations that other systems don't offer. Additionally, there are minor features that could be improved: having a universal or default currency option, utilizing an application-level resume for interview briefs rather than a candidate-level document, and introducing calendar invite templates at a more consistent template level rather than varying by interview stage.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

With many years in various RecOps and program roles, I’ve worked with several ATS tools, but Ashby stands out in multiple ways. Its intuitive design makes it incredibly easy to use, even for new team members. Everything from scheduling to pipeline management is streamlined and efficient.

The reporting and analytics capabilities deserve a special shoutout. We can slice and dice data to track recruiter performance, hiring metrics, and key KPIs, all without needing to export to external tools. The dashboards are clean, customizable, and actionable.

Ashby’s support team is consistently responsive and helpful across a wide range of inquiries. Constant product updates, launching small and big features that add immediate value (they are incredibly quick at introducing new features). The tool is designed well making it easy to understand and use quickly, yet there is real depth to it allowing TA to customise workflows, implement smart automation and AI to increase efficiency. Customer support, technical and with the CSM is good and fast, enablement was a strong mix of guide and self-serving. Ashby has a great knowledge base in notion.

The sourcing add-on/functionality could be improved in certain areas.

Lots of automation when has saved me a lot of time (eg. in scheduling). It also allows me to set up a strong candidate experience that is also automated yet customizable for different departments or positions. We have been able to consolidate our TA tech stack into an all-in-one with Ashby (previously we used separate tools for scheduling, sourcing and applicant tracking). Being a lean TA team with ambitious hiring goals, efficiency gains are invaluable to us and Ashby has given us just that.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

We evaluated 5 top-tier ATS platforms before choosing Ashby, scoring each on ease of use, security and compliance, customer centricity, integrations, and customization. Ashby came out ahead across all areas. The cost was roughly aligned with the other ATS platforms, however the offering surpassed all else, therefore we found Ashby has a much better value proposition.

When I joined WunderGraph, we had no ATS in place. Candidate tracking lived in Typeform and Slack workflows, surprisingly functional for a small team, but not built to scale. With our Series A announcement coming up fast, we needed a system that could handle volume without missing any application. Ashby delivered.

As a one-person People team, I was able to self-configure and launch Ashby in under 10 days using only their documentation and onboarding resources. This was the first time I configured an ATS on my own as well.
We went live one day before our Series A announcement, which brought hundreds of candidate applications almost overnight. Ashby gave us the clarity and structure to move fast without sacrificing candidate experience. Every application was reviewed, no application fell through the cracks.

Our hiring managers were able to start using Ashby immediately, without internal training from my side,  just the built-in Ashby onboarding flow for managers. It’s intuitive and absolutely built for the demanding needs of tech start ups.
A few days ago, I was showing my LinkedIn outreach process to my friend, and how it connects automatically to Ashby. She is a Head of Talent in a big corporation, and it blew her mind. They still use outdated systems and she had to use LinkedIn for her pipeline, while I was able to create automatic sequences in Ashby to interact with our leads. She said I worked in the future. The future of work that is, something I am passionate about and focused to deliver across all areas.

If anything, we’d love the option to have periodic check-ins with an Ashby advisor. The platform is feature-rich (in a good way), and it would be helpful to do regular reviews to make sure we’re making full use of everything it offers. Especially as the team and hiring needs evolve.

Where do I start? The automation of scheduling saves our team time and creates a better, faster experience for candidates. The Ai criteria quick filters have come on leaps and bounds which has been really helpful to sort through thousands of inbound applications. The team, (Sam in onboarding) and the knowledge base make it so user friendly it’s just been a brilliant experience.

This is tough to say, we trialled soo many other ATS prior and as an on-demand talent team for many tech companies we still get exposure to other platforms and Ashby is yet to let us down. I think the instant change aspect of Ashby (which I personally love) could be a bit daunting for certain users that aren’t as tech savvy.

Regular product releases, clear product update communications, easy to use, super customisable for every use case, the automation is excellent, use of AI that is actually useful!
The customer support team are also wonderful. Whenever we need to contact them, which is incredibly rare due to how intuitive the product is, the team are efficient, diligent and super fast to resolve any queries we have. 
As a heavy user, I have definitely tried to break the product over the time that I've been using it, but have yet to come up against any major blocks.

The only piece of negative feedback I have is that the UX from the hiring manager's perspective isn't great. It's a little overwhelming and confusing for hiring managers, so I have had to run several workshops to show them how to use it correctly. This is despite the rest of the system being intuitive from our Recruitment team's point of view.

It's easy to use and simple to set up. Hiring teams, candidates, and recruiters will all agree that it's interface is intuitive and easy to understand. There are also detailed reports that you or your hiring teams can run that make it very easy to understand hiring metrics and dashboards.

Ashby limits the number of email lookups and time to do bulk actions. While I don't believe this is a problem for larger companies using Ashby, I believe this is a result of a being a smaller startups and paying a very afforadable and reasonable annual price. It sometimes takes us about a minute to process an action for 1,000+ candidates.

Ashby is an applicant tracking systems that helps us stay organized and efficient with our recruiting process. I've used over a dozen ATSs. Ashby is hands-down the best. There are a few ways in which it's not intuitive, but it's mostly easy to use, and when there's an issue, their customer service is exceptional. They got back to me quickly, provided easy-to-understand information, and, in three cases, even recorded a video with exactly how to do what I needed. I use it daily to keep track of my roles and candidates. Their companion app is excellent. It finds emails and makes adding or moving a prospect/candidate easy. You usually have to pay extra for such a thing. They regularly update but aren't charging extra for all the features. I like that they don't nickel and dime us. They also have sequences. I'm pleased with Ashby and would recommend to anyone.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

My only complaint is that sometimes it's not as intuitive as I'd like, though it is easy to find what you need if you take the time to understand their learning center. The second is that the UI is a bit rough. I would prefer it to be more compact. It's tough to scroll sometimes, and it's not what I prefer visually. I wish there were more customization around this. I want the rows to be more compressed without changing the font size.

The transition period was smooth and even though I am a team of one, I was able to do a lot of the onboarding tasks on my own and was able to launch ahead of schedule. The staff at Ashby is definitely top of their industry, as I have dealt with some poor customer service at competitors. Switching to Ashby was the best decision I made, and I wish I knew about them sooner!

There are some great automations which allow me to run our recruiting process more effeciently. Easy integration into our G-suite which means I no longer have to add in new employees who might be apart of the interviewing process for future roles.

I really can't think of anything I dislike about Ashby. I'm very happy with the switch and have zero plans to ever change.

As a recruiter I love that Ashby pulls together features and tools I previously had to hack together across different vendors, but perhaps the most compelling thing: when I first implemented Ashby I set up a training session, which everyone (including my CEO!) said was unnecessary because they had figured out how to use the platform on their own. There is such a steep climb to onboard to other ATSs, but Ashby was intuitive enough that everyone on my team can hop in and know exactly where to go even if it's their first time. They also launch new features constantly and they're always updates I'm earnestly excited about as a talent leader.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

When you're deep in a candidates profile the UI can get a little overwhelming with data - it's not at a level that gets in the way of my work or encourages mistakes, but can just be a lot to take in if you don't know what you're looking for.

Ashby is the only ATS I've found that has a built-in sourcing tool on par with Gem - it saves costs that I'm just paying for one platform, and it's easier to keep all recurring activity in one system vs trying to look across Gem + Grab. Ashby also has some of the strongest reporting tools plus thorough default reporting/dashboard configurations, making it super easy to look across the data and keep hiring managers in the loop without needing to learn a ton of product-specific skills just to pull a report

The software is a great project management tool for hiring. It's really helpful for small businesses with a small recruiting team, managing a lot of roles. I love that it's an all in one tool from approvals, to posted roles, to offers. Their team is awesome. I LOVED working with our account manager, Aman. He was super helpful and proactive with helping us know how to best utilize the software. Implementation is a bit tricky because it's a powerful tool, but Aman helped make it as easy as possible. Ashby is one of the tools I use most throughout the day. Very happy to have it!

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

It's a beefy tool so there's a lot that it can do, which takes time to learn. Change is also always challenging for a team so it's taken our team some time to get used to it.

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documented approvals, project management of hiring processes, keeping a ralentpool or promising candidates, all in one hiring software.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

The functionality is simply beutiful, it feels like I wouldn't be able to handle the same amount of work if I had any other ATS. Ashby's AI features are incredibly helpful and accurate, there's also a bunch of integrations with the other platforms and tools you may ever need. Implementation of Ashby was also incredibly easy. Reporting functions are incredible. Ashby is also ahead of all new trands, so you're never missing out.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

It takes a while to learn how to use some of the features. Ashby has great knowledge academy on Notion, but learning how to build some processes humbles me every time.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

It does what you'd expect an ATS to do (which most do not). It can send emails, schedule things. 

It handles a significant amount of customization, which can be useful. In general it has a lot of features.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

It's the worst-designed tool I use on a regular basis. The features, settings, etc. have been shoved into this thing in no particular order. It's hard to learn, confusing to understand, and easy to make mistakes. When you do make mistakes, your interviewing processs gets screwed up. Candidates get inappropriate emails, calendar events don't get sent, interviews get dropped. 

At least for eng hiring, companies spend thousands of dollars to hire just one candidate so these mistakes are painful. 

I don't think they have a good understanding of simplicity or design in general. The notion of information architecture is totally absent. In general it just reflects disorganized thinking, and it appears no progress is going to be made on the design front. My guess is that one of the founders has strong, poor opinions on this front, so they can't start to improve things. There is a space with very low expectations (all ATS software is bad except for Google Hire which was discontinued) so I doubt it's a priority for them. But a brief scan through the settings menu reveals the mess that permeates the whole experience.

UPDATE: just checking in here a couple months later to say that nothing has changed and I stand by what I've written. The initial reach-out from their team was different and essentially said I was just wrong or lying about their horrible design. They've since edited it to use softer language, but my conclusion is that they're probably not very open to feedback on the design front.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

The data and Analytics.  It is a game changer. Ashby stacks on top of your ATS and provides
customizable anayltics.

These dashboards let TA get real time data and assess hiring vs goal, time in stage etc.

It is a very easy tool to use and if you have any issue (rare) they have a strong CS team.
I am a daily user and I have no complaints.

This is limited.

I very much like the tool and they are always adding functionality.

Ashby provides TA with all of our analytics.

It stacks with our ATS and WorkDay and provide all required data.

What I liked best about Ashby was how easy it was to navigate the platform – the interface is clean, intuitive, and a pleasure to use. Scheduling interviews, which used to be a hassle, is now seamless and takes almost no effort.

The only downside I encountered was with the documentation format. While I managed to get everything set up, I felt that a non-technical person might struggle with the initial setup.

- The product is purpose built for sourcing candidates AND filtering applications - legacy tools like Greenhouse fall way short (e.g. the process to add a candidate to the pipeline from LinkedIn takes 10 seconds vs. 5 min on Greenhouse)
- Simplifies everything from daily recruiter workflows to executive pipeline reporting
- Great knowledgebase and resources to get you running and integrated

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

- Implementation suport was not hand holding, you need to put a lot of work into getting it right
- If you don't have a codified hiring process and a data driven mindsent, the tool will not acheive its full potential
