What do you like best about Ashby?

Ashby offers an unparalleled applicant tracking system (ATS) that provides candidate relationship management, automated scheduling, sourcing, email lookups and sequencing, and analytics/reporting solutions. It's easy to use and simple to set up. Hiring teams, candidates, and recruiters will all agree that it's interface is intuitive and easy to understand. There are also detailed reports that you or your hiring teams can run that make it very easy to understand hiring metrics and dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ashby?

Ashby limits the number of email lookups and time to do bulk actions. While I don't believe this is a problem for larger companies using Ashby, I believe this is a result of a being a smaller startups and paying a very afforadable and reasonable annual price. What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ashby is an applicant tracking systems that helps us stay organized and efficient with our recruiting process. It offers solutions around candidate relationship management, automated scheduling, sourcing, email sequences, and reporting / analytics. Ashby has helped us save time and money compared to other ATS vendors and recruiting tools. It's the closest to an all-in-one ATS that offers solutions that other recruiting tools and vendors do. What do you like best about Ashby?

What I appreciate most about Ashby is that it offers all the essential recruiting functionalities - tracking, scheduling, and reporting - in one cohesive platform, within a flat price. It truly streamlines the entire recruitment process.

Another standout aspect is how actively the platform evolves. New features are regularly introduced, and existing ones are consistently improved, making the tool more powerful and user-friendly over time.

Ashby support also is very helpful and quick in their responses.
