I find Appspace incredibly valuable for managing on-campus digital signage. It allows me to effortlessly share announcements, events, weather information, and fun photos featuring our students across multiple screens on campus, including in their dorms. The platform makes it easy to connect with all 4000 students each day, which would be a challenge otherwise. I love how easy Appspace is to use, especially compared to other platforms I have experienced. The ability to log on, post a slide, and have it running on all the screens across campus in less than 5 minutes is amazing. This quick posting capability supports the need for speed when announcements must go out right away. Furthermore, as a primary user, I found the initial setup very easy to learn because it is user-friendly and doesn’t require following a detailed checklist.
