Digital signage feature by Appspace is helpful as a mass company newsletter display that sync all the same content throughout all office hall and common spaces. Normally, you have to update the content manually by sticking pen-drive to the TV display and it will download the content, but not with Appspace, the content is sync automatically using Wifi network and no messy cable to manage. I like that Appspace makes the office feel very organized. When I book a meeting room, I can add comments or notices to the office administrator about specific details like the number of chairs I want in the room. It integrates well with Outlook, so my meeting room bookings show up on my calendar automatically, making it smooth and easy to use. The setup is easy, and they have a quick start checklist that helped upload our office floor plan, and the template for room screens automatically uses our company colors and logos, which is nice. I think Appspace needs to improve their common area filters because sometimes it's hard to filter common areas. For example, when I want to search for a quiet zone desk, sometimes the map shows a different area on the desktop, and it wasn't helpful at all. I basically have to go and see the places in person to see if they meet my requirements. The mobile sync is sometimes slow to register my booking, it takes several second before the confirmation button to appear, I want it to be instant! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how Appspace provides us with better team communication. I can send one update to Slack, and it synchronizes the information through the office digital signage, saving me time from doing the same work three times. The initial setup was straightforward, supporting customization with our company logos and colors. Updating all our employee names at once worked perfectly, and setting up digital signage on the office TV was also easy due to the prebuilt templates that fit any screen size or content we upload. I think things did not really work as best with their mobile apps. It has some glitches. The issue is with the visitor registration tools that sometimes show a QR code and sometimes do not, which delays the visitor check-in process make me embarrass about the whole situation especially for VIP clients. Our office is becoming overcrowded due to having too many employees in one space currently and this allows me to locate a workspace as opposed to the cafeteria tables. In addition Appspace prevents others from taking over my reserved workspace when I need to take a break for a cup of coffee or something else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the google login link is all jumbled together and won't click and I have to reload and there's also no grace period if you're running late. I also despise how it cancels your reservation due to being caught in heavy traffic and additionally the recurring reservations are hard to identify within the reservation list. I like how Appspace makes it easy to display web content and vertical/horizontal videos and easily integrate new devices, templates, and other media. From a promotional point of view, it's the best I've used. The initial setup is extremely easy, especially adding devices, and it's very easy to get several monitors up and running fast. It would be great to have a live preview window for all devices at once to quickly gauge what's being shown on any monitor around the entire building. Support for video wall setups would also be welcome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I first connected the HDMI sticks to the television they booted right up which was amazing because I didn’t have to wait for assistance. I was worried that the large video files and the multiple page pdf’s were going to crash the entire system, but the Appspace system handled both with ease. Anytime I make a change to a playlist, the entire playlist starts all over again. People in the lobby can certainly tell when we switch to the new playlist – there is an obvious pause. When the television comes on the volume always goes back to 99% and I thought it was going to blow the speakers out during worship service last Tuesday. Appspace, as another tool to promote and communicate events, meetings, and trainings to our community has gone a long way. We also use it to promote faculty research and In the Media appearances. We started adding this news feature to Appspace at the beginning of September. Adding them to appspace was another way to repurpose information and share with our community. I want to upload information directly from my computer, instead of having the upload to the appspace library first, then adding the media to the various channels we use. I love that I can quickly see which desks are available without having to search extensively. It helps me get a clear sense of the layout before I book. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, even for people with little experience, and the platform works really well for booking across different locations. To be honest Appspace is okay since the digital signage portion of it didn’t cause me to lose my mind and although that is a pretty low bar, it cleared it. We were overwhelmed with email & slack messages and information was literally everywhere and nowhere, but now people will actually view the screen & know what’s going on. The URL’s are ugly and very nasty looking links. Additionally the file module is a mess as we cannot utilize the file module for our forms therefore we must continue to maintain a secondary drive; thus defeating the purpose of a "one stop shop". I also dislike the random spacing of the text when I’m trying to compose a page and it’s frustrating. The Integration with asp is broken and job titles do not sync properly & correcting it required an excessive amount of meetings. Lastly I wish I could collapse the Feed section on the dashboard as it currently takes up 2 columns & I am sick of viewing it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Appspace is now becoming critical software to manage office spaces and room, importantly to books for meeting room for my team's weekly meeting session. It help me to make a better planning for my team as many of them is working off-site and need to plan their time before visiting the office. The recurring desks reservation help me to book my favorite desk every week, it ensure I get the same desk that I feel comfortable to werk with.

In additional, Appspace provide us with mobile application that we can access on-the-go, implementing the application is easy because all the installation guidance is clear to follow.
