What problems is Keela solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Keela?

The customer service has been superb. I like the small homegrown feel of it. Also being on the smallened end of the nonprofit scale that there is (all volunteer driven) the feature set vs. cost of use works for us. And being part of a community, which is there real goal to make you part of the community, there is access to webinars and seminars from other parts of the non-profit world. What do you dislike about Keela?

They just added another paywall for access to more features, which is beyond our budget. I know it's a balancing act but that hurts. Sometimes the UI seems a bit clunky, but they are constantly working to improve it. Also, they are a Canadian company and have a bit of a Canadian focus...which may not be fair to say I dislike but Canadian-only resources don't do anything for me here as a US non-profit. What problems is Keela solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keela allows up to automate our donation collection and tracking. It also has an interface for sending out your "eblasts" through your campaign cycles to your supporters and know how effective they were. Being an all volunteer organization we actually need this more because we have such limited man hours and expertise to track all of it. There is no phone support which is challenging when there is a time-sensitive issue. The options sometimes seem to be limited. For example, the forms can include more information options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Keela can be used for many different purposes, such as for donor engagement, tracking, as well as being being able to store contacts within a person's network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It takes a little bit of time to understand everything in Keela, especially for listing donor contacts, as there are many details that need to be inputted, such as address, tags ,etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
