In the email threads it is hard to follow who is copied.

Embedded videos in the communications.

What do you like best about Keela?

The ability to make tags, and schedule emails. I enjoy the different types of forms. Campagins to track revenue are good. The bell notification is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keela?

When I look up an email address in the whole data base it doesn't always show up. When creating email marketing, the text sometimes turns white or formats weird. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have challenges with the email function. The email address that is assigned to us gets caught in spam A LOT so we tend not to use this function for larger mailings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
