There are rough edges to the Keela workflow that are not resolved even years after features have been introduced. Examples: When email notifications are sent to notify our staff of a donation, it takes a visit to the website followed by four to five clicks to find out how much. It's easy to use and intuitive to set up. I use the pledges feature to keep track of child sponsorships. It's easy to see who is up-to-date on their payments. We use forms on our website to take donations with PayPal. I can set up a new form in minutes. It's easy for me and our donors to see current totals and how much still needs to be raised.
