I really like the user interface, the donation form itself, and the ability to tag funds toward different campaigns. This is the only CRM I have used so my assessment is a bit short because I don't have a lot of other platforms to compare it to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Because Keela is still newer, there are some areas of opportunity for them. For example, it would be extremely helpful if they had the option to break out donor-covered fees vs keela fees so we can see the net-fee charged for a transaction, also, if they could add in a "remind me on a donors birthday/anniversary/etc." instead of just a "to-do" section. I'd love to be notified to send a card to a donor. Ideally, they could integrate their automated emails with Zapier so we could use Flo (our email system) and have all of our emails look more cohesive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PALS Autism Society has been using Keela since 2021, and as a non-profit, we are very happy we switched to this dynamic CRM. The software has made it easier for us to run multiple fundraising campaigns at once, and more importantly, it is easier for our donors to donate!
We have had many positive experiences with Keela's customer service -they are always quick to answer questions and even produce individualized how-to videos for some explanations. We have taken advantage of numerous free workshops, and we are always learning from Keela's network of professionals on how to improve our non-profit.
We recently started using the communications feature emailing to donors and supporters, and it is just as easy, if not easier, than using Mail Chimp.
We love creating forms and have even begun using Keela forms in non-traditional ways, such as for job applications.
There are still many features for us to learn about, and we're eager to take advantage of them all! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish more information was in the email when I get a notification that a form has been filled out (i.e., name of donor, amount donated). I wish I could see the whole form in the email rather than having to launch the software to download it and see it.
Using the software on my phone is challenging because I can't always see everything on the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer support is the best you can get. It is amazing. I love that Keela has all of the tools that our small charitable organization needs all integrated on a single platform. I also like that the various tools are well thought out and have a relatively easy user interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reporting, while powerful is difficult to figure out at first. We were hoping to allow our board members to run their own reports but have had to settle on people doing it for them.
I would also like to see better customized dashboards that can be implemented based on user needs. For example some board members would want to see some specific metrics when they log in, maybe see if they have anything assigned to them (tasks), the status of donors associated with them. Today they have to log in and then go looking for that information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best part of using Keela software is it very easy to use and it can create reports and has great database for our donations and volunteers. The data visualization is another excelllent feature for the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to have an app for Android to be able to check certain items while put of the office, rather than having to always sit at a desk to access the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's straightforward. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of something like Salesforce but it also costs a heck of a lot less. It's able to manage our contacts, subscriptions, and donations with ease and it's always improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some features can be tough to find and the dashboards page is downright confusing. Training materials can also be hard to come by at times. I'd like to see more granularity in what notifications users receive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We searched for some time to find the right fit for our charity - something that was robust, well-supported and capable of looking after our donors and ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few things that I would like to see in Keela, including an easier import of data, and some more controls around the flexibility of newsletter/email creation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Keela gives us what we need as a non-profit for a great price, and the customer service has been excellent for us amateurs! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As the Founder and CEO of a non-profit there hasn't been a downside. Keela is very user friendly and gives you the insights needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have tried other CRMs (free and paid), and Keela has provided the most value due to their customer-focused approach. They are a company that listens to customer ideas and requests and has a portal for that purpose. I love that about them!
I also love the clean user interface that is primarily intuitive, and it's easy to train and get other users to utilize the specific sections to manage our constituents. The other users that volunteer with our nonprofit also state how much better this program is compared to what we used in the past.
I am satisfied with the pricing model and like that it is scalable to our growing needs. I have no problem paying for programs that facilitate easy management and give us the visibility of the data that we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't love the fact that there isn't a better way to manage a pledge payment schedule. There is support for setting up a pledge for our contacts; we call sponsors, and that is helpful. However, there isn't a way to see if anyone has missed a monthly pledge payment. That is something missing, and I don't want to set up memberships with a subscription as an alternative. So, one size may not fit all, but we can deal with the shortcomings since they are not impacting our workflow too drastically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The all-inclusive aspect of the program - email, campaigns, newsletters, events - all in one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one downside is signing up for events you cannot sign up for two things at the same time - for instance for our golf outing a person who wants to golf and sponsor has to go through the registration process twice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
