What do you like best about Keela?

Keela provides all of the tools we need in one place. Not only can we manage all of our donors' information, interactions, and transactions, but we can also organize multiple donor campaigns, create various donor and subscription forms, send out all of our email newsletters and fundraising email blasts. Keela allows you to run just about any type of report that you can think of, set up multiple dashboards for monitoring various metrics, and gives us the ability to set up powerful multi-step automation sequences that can be triggered by various actions. Keela is very affordable and their customer service team is one of the best I've seen anywhere. They're very responsive and listen to their customers for new ideas, potential bugs, and much more. We are very satisfied with Keela and would highly recommend it to any other nonprofit that is looking for a DRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keela?

To be honest, there's not much that I dislike about Keela. Whenever I've had a problem or think something is not working the way I think it should, I contact their support team and they have been very responsive to either explain how things work or listen to suggestions for improving their product. Keela's all-in-one solution allows us to manage every aspect of the nonprofit experience in a way that is integrated and connected, eliminating the need to do much of the work manually. Keela does it all for you. It handles email newsletters and fundraising eblasts, campaign mangement, donation and subscription forms, and donor management very easily, and in a way that is easy to track and report. What do you like best about Keela?

What do you like best about Keela?

What do you like best about Keela?

Lots of options in Keela for tracking through tags, segments, searches, filters, campaigns and more. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I haven't used other CRMs but feel the Keela team are really doing their best to meet the needs of the non profit sector. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keela?

Keela is still a fairly new company and so there are times when features I would really like to have are not available or still under consideration. All the basic functions and a lot more are great but some intuitive searches are not always available. Some of the latest added features are less interesting to me (peer to peer fundraising and Crypto) than the more basic product suggestions I have been making for the past couple of years. What problems is Keela solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking all of our members, donors, registrants and contacts is fairly simple with Keela. The interface is well crafted even though there are still tweaks and improvements I would like to see. The fact that our entire team can see the same information has helped so much. Now that we are familiar with the basics, we are still learning the best tips and tricks on how to use Keela to meet the needs of our organisation. What do you like best about Keela?

Everything is in one place and the reporting is a very useful tool when I submit my monthly report to the board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keela?

I work at a small non-profit and I am still learning donor management therefore, what I like best about Keela is the customer support. They usually answer my questions in a day or less and add new features based on our comments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
