SproutLoud takes a Client-first approach to everything they do. They listen to Client feedback and incorporate Client feedback directly into their product planning and product development. Specifically, I worked closely as part of their Client Advisory Council, to provide direct feedback that shaped their Data Triggered Marketing product, and our brand was the first adopter of this product. This product allowed our brand to seamlessly integrate our CRM system to automate direct mail and email campaigns to end-consumers on behalf of the Franchisee. All the Franchisee needed to do was log in to opt-in to the program and SproutLoud automation took care of the rest. We were able to automate time-sensitive messages to consumers based on the data points that changed in our CRM on a daily basis. It was a game-changer for both us at the Brand level, and Franchisees who do not have time to manage their data and communication strategies. The automation did this all for us, hands-free, keeping the strategy centralized at corporate, allowing us to scale the execution locally.
There were many other aspects of SproutLoud that were leveraged for our Franchise, but that really stood out as the best.
I should note, for transparency, that I have since moved on to another company, and so this is what I remember that I liked best at the time I was with the company that was using SproutLoud to centralize and automate Franchisee local marketing.
I have very fond memories of working with SproutLoud, and especially the Customer Advisory Council meeting in Florida on the beach…I don’t think I’ve had that nice of hotel accommodations for a business function since then! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Reps I have interacted with at SproutLoud have always gone out of their way to work on our behalf. I had recently been trying to file a claim to lock in some expiring coop funds. The rep actually helped extend the expiration date on the coop funds to make sure there was ample time for the claim to be processed. I really can’t say I dislike anything but if I would have to pick it would be the claims page. I filed claims for reimbursement and that page isn’t very user friendly. The information they ask for in one type of verbiage but once it is filed and if you use a previous claim to follow what you need it is in different places and called different information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Well, ease of integration and implementation tops the upside list. Although I’m a tech-savvy person, integrations and implementations are always a dreadful process for me. Overall, the customer support is fine, but I believe it can be more efficient at times. I’ve faced undue delays on several occasions that I believe were unnecessary. Their customer service is second to none! I have had to reach out a couple of times in the last year when I made a mistake with an order or needed clarification on something, and they were always super quick to respond and they stayed engaged with me until my issue or question was resolved. I value the Ansira Edge Technology Suite because of its comprehensive customization options flexibility and user-friendly interface all of which successfully handle intricate marketing needs. Due to the platforms resource requirements smaller companies like ours with tighter budgets or teams may find it difficult to use. Furthermore it could be difficult to integrate Ansira Edge with current systems which could disrupt workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
