ADP Workforce Now offers a wide variety of reporting options that are truly impressive. As someone that's used ADP on a daily basis multiple times a day, its capabilities on the payroll side are excellent, providing detailed insights that I can easily share with employees. The platform also prioritizes the employee experience, which is essential. Throughout our time using ADP Workforce Now, I've rarely needed to clarify information for employees, thanks to its user-friendly design and comprehensive reporting features. I have mixed feelings about ADP's customer service based on my five years of experience with the platform across different companies. At times, their support is fantastic, and I receive the assistance I need right away. However, there are occasions when it seems like the staff isn't fully informed, and I struggle to get clear answers. Additionally, the level of detail in the information provided can be overwhelming, making it challenging to train employees on the administrative side due to the numerous complexities involved. The most most helpful about ADP Workforce now is its ease of use and user-friendly interface which makes it more simple to navigate even for those who aren't really tech savvy. It also provides easy access to important information and has straightforward login procedures. The biggest upsides of Adp Workforce Now is it offers an all in one solution for HR management allowing businesses or companies to handle multiple HR functions within a single platform. what i disliked about ADP Workforce now is the poor customer service and tech support experiences. Seemed a bit difficult to resolve issues, a definite lack of dedicated support teams and extensive wait times for any assistance which is frustrating when dealing with time sensitive matters. One of the best parts of being an ADP customer has been having a dedicated Relationship Manager. When I encounter a situation in HR where I need support, I can reach out and explore my options with someone who has more experience than I do. Sometimes, just talking things over with her can bring the answer to light! This has proven to be invaluable many times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think that ADP is very interested in feedback on their product(s), so that is a definite positive. The only negative that I have is that some of the setup for processes seems labor intensive and not as intuitive as I would like. Setting up onboarding was a little bit of a challenge in that regard, but I did get excellent help from Customer Support along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how simple the ease of use is with ADP Workforce Now especially compared to previously used systems. It is a very straightforward approach making it easy for our team to complete tasks in a quick and efficient manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One downside that I have with ADP is the lacking of features in their Recruitment portal. However, it has been communicated that ADP is working to improve that and offer new features with that in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Payroll has become so much easier for our team since switching to ADP. We can process payroll in half the time than with our old provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have had some issues with the approval process and the fact that you need editing rights to be able to approve. Being a bank it would be more beneficial for us to have approval and editing rights kept separate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ADP Workforce Now is a great payroll platform. I find it very easy to navigate to find information on our employees, their pay/personal information, and other essential reports. They have so many different products to make payroll and HR processes quicker and more automated. From attending the Summit, they seem to also have a lot of different companies they integrate with very easily. Their customer service is also very helpful and quick to resolve any issues or quesitons we may have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We do find it difficult to use some ADP products that we would love to utilize, however they don't seem to be veru customizable enough for our particular company. We also find that our particular representative is very hard to get a hold of to go over product options and how we can possibly utilize them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If a person is technology saavy it is easier, those not so saavy have a harder time with it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ADP does such a great job of staying on top of compliance and legislation with information and tools to help employers meet employee data, servicing and communication. The way information is organized and accessible is a game changer! Our Practitioners use the product daily and find it effective and efficient. It also integrates with other products relatively easy, especially if Marketplace vendors are used Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing we have trouble with are when new features are launched. Implementation has been a bit bumpy on anything not related to payroll. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love being able to count on ADP to make the necessary updates/upgrades timely and efficiently. We no longer have to rely on someone else to schedule and/or rollout necessary regulatory updates or upgrades within the timeframe that they are needed. ADP keeps the Workforce Now product updated extremely well, even during temporary situations that occur without much warning. This includes new pay codes or taxing issues. I am also a HUGE fan of the ease of use to go from recruitment to retirement in ONE system. This offers the employees and organization transparency in our system details as well as a full range of historical data that is usually parsed out between different software/systems. It makes life a lot easier to be able to rely on your HR/Payroll provider in this manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like some of the system calculation limitations in ADP Workforce Now. The first issue is the inability to calculate non-standard overtime. Specificially, when there is shift premium overtime which requires a blended OT calculation, and straight overtime which is unable to be captured at all. For purposes of appropriately paying our employees and performing analysis, this is the one area that ADP Workforce Now falls short since the system does not calculate these rates for you. One other calculation issue in ADP Workforce Now is that the 401k employer match calculation cannot be appropriately tweaked for your plan unless you allow ADP to service your 401k plan. These issues cause additional calculations and adjustments to be made on our side and imported in to ADP. It's not ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
