The free trial period was great! The support during (and after) the trial has also been tremendously helpful! This tool is extremely flexible in terms of working with smaller ad budgets, and yet, still manages to get our ads onto some major websites! Unless you have a good grasp on how Audience segmentation works, it is difficult to know which audience to select. For example, third party data providers vary, but how? I wish there was more definitions or a knowledge-base built-in for those of us who are just learning. Biggest downside is the $499/mo subscription. It's a bit hefty for limited budgets.
