I like that we can have multiple people's calendars on our home screens. I work in a small mental health practice and we're often scheduling for one another so it's imperative that we be able to see each other's calendars. Before COVID, we were also allowing clients to schedule themselves through our website which was great. I also enjoy the business integrations. We've been able to integrate our scheduling with Zoom, GoToMeeting, Active Campaign and QuickBooks--which has allowed us to streamline our business and client processes. I don't like that when you block off time in Acuity, it doesn't show up on your linked Google calendar as blocked off time. The acuity app is constantly having problems, so it's difficult to use my phone for scheduling. They allow for different colors for different appointment types, but they don't allow you use different colors for different practitioners' appointments. When you're looking at everyone's calendar on one page (especially in week view) it's really confusing and you can't easily distinguish whose appointment is whose.
