
Acuity is inexpensive, easy to use, and user-friendly not just for the user but for the administrators. Easy to set-up and to manage day to day operations. Emails that go out to students (clients) are a plus: they go out after appoint is scheduled, cancellation, and a big plus are surveys on how we did after the appointment. We were looking for a scheduler to help our office become more efficient. It was difficult to find a software, because there is a generation gap, and some individuals aren't as tech savvy. However, this product was very simple to set-up, and show everyone in the office how to use. We schedule about 100 appointments a week, and this has saved us so much time. Also, there is a place to store notes, see who missed appointments, and when there last appointment was. It also runs some really good statistics, and allows us to send reminders to our students. There is honestly nothing I dislike about this program. Their customer service is superb! They now have allowed us to make appointments to outlook, and it will block on both calendar's seamlessly. I really have no complaints. Ooh and it's inexpensive!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
