I imagine the depth is there for folks that want it. We use it for website tracking for the most part. I do enjoy that the company seems engaged with their admin users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It loads incredibly slow. It's like using a filter on a website with 10 million items, every single click causes the page to load, and it takes a lifetime to get what you need. Ultimately, it's just too much to setup. I think the program is effective, but you'd likely need serious commitment to dial in all the monitoring features. This may not be something they can help but for example, I was spending a couple hours a day simply classifying websites that my users had visited. It would be great to have a way to classify those more quickly.

The interface isn't super intuitive. I wish there were a view that showed avg hours worked per day over a certain time period (there probably is and I just haven't figured it out, because of the non-intuitive interface). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Activity - I can easily see and get linked to what my employees are doing, especially those who work opposite hours from us and in a remote setting. I really enjoy all the various features, and being able to categorize different websites, it really gives a clear picture of what your employees are doing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was a little hard to understand at first, and get use to it. I wish there were more tutorials based on the industry you are in. And if your employees are remote, in office etc. I also wish you could make passive time as unproductive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
