What do you like best about ActivTrak?

Collects a lot of data. Teetering on the side of too much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActivTrak?

As an IT admin, I've ran into countless issues with ActivTrak. Installing can be inconsistent. There are times when I've verified that the software was installed yet they were not showing up in the admin panel. Incredibly confusing UI for both the IT admins and managers in charge of tracking their employees. Also, we've ran into an interesting issue where PCs would be thrown into the "Do Not Track" list when no one from my team did. When they're on that list, all previous data is deleted and cannot be recovered which is frustrating when we need to see that rep's tracking history. Also removing them from that list doesn't recover them most of the time and they completely disappear from the admin panel despite having the software installed on their PCs. Overall, I'd recommend either trusting your employees more, implementing incentives to drive out undesired behavior, or shopping around for a different tracking software. What do you like best about ActivTrak?

Being able to take screenshots along with the alerts to use as a basis of termination.they release new features every month so far and always gives me the ability to do things I never knew I needed. It was very easy to role out fo rme being the head of IT. Customer support is so easy to get ahold up. I use this website daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActivTrak?

I wish they had a quick add to block list on the activity feed. I wish they could easily make it so we can block a website per use and not just by computer. ie one person is th eproblem child but I don't want to punish others who also use the computer. What do you like best about ActivTrak?

I love that I can manage my remote and in- person employees with equal ease and without much effort. We rarely ever experience any issues with the ActivTrak system and when we do their customer support is always there to help us. We check in on our dashboard weekly and are able to compare notes about how best to support our employees in the coming weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActivTrak?

What do you like best about ActivTrak?

Reporting is detailed and comprehensive. The ability to set bnechamrks and give employees visibility into how they are working compared to their peers. We also have found it a useful complement to our security stack-- often there's no substitute for being able to see exactly what the employee was doing at a particular point in time. What do you dislike about ActivTrak?

No Linux agent support.

Can take a little clicking around to find the most useful reports.

What do you like best about ActivTrak?

I love that I can go to my Dashboard and quickly see the efficiency of my work-from-home employees. It holds them accountable and gives me peace of mind that they are performing productive work from home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are so many things you can do and measure and monitor with ActivTrak that it can get a bit overwhelming and confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ActivTrak helps us make sure that our work-from-home employees are actually performing productive work in their remote locations. The nature of our work is such that we are not always able to tell if someone is or is not working. With ActivTrak, we are able to monitor their productivity and have confidence that these employees are working on productive tasks during their work hours.
