The core value is that Cyber Protect is a good and reliable product and extremely easy to administer at scale. I like the per GB cost the most. It is very affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface for setting up a backup is not very streamlined. Especially selecting files and folders. A Size feature would be nice. At this moment we have to run TreeSize on the user's computer to see how big the selection is.
Also, it would be great if the agent on the user's PC has a "Backup Now" option. Logging into the portal takes very long, compared to just clicking backup now. Some customers prefer to do a backup immediately for certain reasons.
When a PC is reloaded and we have to connect the old backup to the new pc. The process is tedious and does not always work. Then space is waisted with the old and new backup.
