There are a few bugs when loading certain pages or when creating new client tenants. Occasionally, the dashboard is slow or doesn’t load at all, and I have to refresh the page. It’s also not possible to keep multiple client tenants open in different tabs. I really like the model with unified tools, the ease of management over them, as well as the notifications/alerts generated. I miss better DLP functionalities in Brazil. I literally hate the operation of DLP in observation mode that blocks the use of applications, such as banks and some development tools. In the few clients I have set up here in Brazil, I observed little utility. The immutable storage being managed directly by Acronis became very rigid, where this month I had a situation where a technician mistakenly (used a configuration json from another client) generated a Google account backup of one client in another. Besides the aspect of privacy/confidentiality, which we couldn't address promptly because it gets stuck before deletion, it also generated unnecessary costs. I still need to report on the automatic insertion of devices into the standard plan, generating copies of them and then rework for removal, which, by the way, is quite difficult to discover. I really like how Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud is always developing at a fast pace. I've been a partner for over five years, and I can see they're evolving every day, month, and year. They aim to provide a complete solution with a single dashboard featuring all the functionalities you can ask for, like disaster recovery, file sync, security, monitoring, remote management, software management, and email security. I also appreciate that they provide many free features, like software and hardware inventory, monitoring plans, and the ability to do backups, all without any extra cost. Additionally, their granular licensing is great because I can pay for only what I've used, unlike other vendors where you'd have to pay a lot for just 10% usage. Well, as I've said, they are evolving rapidly, especially in the last two, three years. And this comes with a cost, unfortunately. When they provide a new solution or new technology, for example, the M365 technology, you feel the technology is not 100% mature. So it needs a lot of UX/UI work. Some buttons are not at the right place, and some functions or features are not where they are expected. So I think they need to sort this out hopefully very soon. It's the best platform for a backup solution for your server.

I appreciate that Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud is a central platform for RMM and provides a robust backup platform. I find it to be a more complete solution and a more modern platform compared to AVG. The feature set is overwhelming sometimes, and we don't use all parts nor are we always aware of new ones. I wish we could set protection plans at the tenant level and have them apply to customer tenants without having to visit each one. The API documentation is incomplete, outdated, and calls often fail because their shapes change. This forces me to inspect web pages for network requests to understand the calls.
