What do you like best about 6Connex?

- Detailed event analytics

- Easy management of participant databases - numerous options for segmenting databases into groups (using various tickets and tags)

- Interaction opportunities with participants through the app: rating presentations, surveys, asking questions to speakers

- Ability to post recordings of the event for participants' review

- Profiles of partners/exhibitors for events that clients can fill out themselves

What do you dislike about 6Connex?

A long process of implementing the proposed solutions. I also don't like the Landing Page Builder module - it is not very user-friendly, and I miss several functionalities that I hope will be implemented in the future.

What do you like best about 6Connex?

I enjoy the ability to customize the platform to fit the needs of any company or event. Everything is adaptable to echo the branding needs and the design team goes above and beyond to make sure that the event looks great for all.

Customer service is wonderful! Pieter Miering has helped me and my team every step of the way to make sure that we had everything ready for our events this season, and I knew I could count on him to help us succeed.

We have been able to try out many features - webinars, building custom vacancy search rooms and networking spaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 6Connex?

I wish the back end of the platform was more user-friendly and intuitive. It took a lot of training and practice to successfully build all aspects of the booths and the event. Without help from customer service I would have been a bit lost even after watching the training videos. Someone who is not tech saavy would stuggle. I would also love the chat within the platform to appear larger and clearer for attendees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 6Connex?

The customer support team was incredibly helpful and responsive. Additionally, the landing page editor was intuitive and easy to use, making event preparation much smoother. The platform was also easy to implement and customize to meet our specific needs, which saved us a lot of time and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 6Connex?

The customer service at 6Connex is incredible. Their platform is incredibly user friendly and easy to navigate while the available features and customizability are so vast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 6Connex?

The only downside is that there are so many options and so many configurations, that it does take quite a while to setup. The designers are also quite literal, so you do need to have an idea of exactly what you want. Otherwise, their staff is incredibly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 6Connex?

Easy creation of virtual rooms from control panel

- Room elements can be easily set using drag and drop.

- It's nice to be able to do it intuitively since it's no-code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 6Connex?

We can't obtain 360°Room logs.

Doesn't match custmer support hours (because we do business in Japan).

There are not include timestamps for participante's activity log on the control panel but we can obtained with API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
