What do you like best about 6Connex?

6Connex provides all the tools necessary for our company to hold events while also adding additional features that we would have never considered in the first place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 6Connex?

While 6Connex didn't start off as a platform we'd normally use, they constantly incorporate and add different features that get better over time. Waiting for new features to be added can be time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 6Connex?

We started with 6Connex during the pandemic, it was a game changer. We were able to go from in-person to virtual almost seamlessly. The product and service they offer is unparalleled. It was so good then and is even better now. We continue to use this platform to reach our virtual community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 6Connex?

There are times that I close out things or move to another room and get a little lost when I can't find my way back into a session. But I think that may be due to my own navigation. This is a fairly easy platform to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 6Connex?

This platform is effective for online event quitely. I joined a career fair in this platform. Participants can be chat with company representatives. It's more interactive platforms than others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 6Connex?

This platform has a chat box for event participants. However, this box is a very tiny size. Reading messages is hard for users. The chat box's size can be maximized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 6Connex?

The 6connex platform is an excellent solution for creating virtual meeting spaces where people, from different part of the world, can come together, providing equal opportunities for everyone to participate in events. During a really complex time like the pandemic, relying on this platform has been crucial for us.

What do you dislike about 6Connex?

What do you like best about 6Connex?

- Customizability

- Easy to navigate

- Lots of options for elevating your experience for attendees

-Webinar.net feature to easily create and host sessions

- Live support feature for attendees

- It's relatively quick and easy to make last-minute updates should you need to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 6Connex?

- Without the live support and white glove service, the response time is quite slow, so if you have a significant issue, it can take up to ten minutes to get a reply

- Although there is a lot of customization, it doesn't look as sleek/modern as other platforms

- Not being able to control the sort in the content listings, the filter is excellent, but a brand new attendee will not know how to utilize that to find a session, so they have to scroll and hope they see it. It'd be great if times could be shown or the order is added in the agenda order.

- MyAgenda feature is not guaranteed to work, and we do not want to ask attendees to turn off their VPNs. We want a smooth process for them. They log in, and that's it.

- Chat goes too fast

- A better way to distinguish moderators

Thank you for this feedback. There's a lot to love about the platform, and we appreciate you highlighting some of its best parts - especially how our engagement features enhance the attendee experience!

You gave us a lot to consider with this feedback and also on the debrief. Here are a few points of clarification: We do not have a character limit in the chat. It does require that you size your window larger to see everything, but there are no character limits. Additionally, we pride ourselves on stellar support (98% Customer Satisfaction rating from our clients), and our agreed-upon response time is within 15 mins for urgent activities. Our project managers work with our clients regularly on best practices for MyAgenda (not using VPN is recommended) and for ordering your content, but sorting is an excellent recommendation.

What do you like best about 6Connex?

Pieter, our account manager, is very accommodating in assisting us with any challenges or questions that we may have. I like that 6Connex is interactive and offers a lot of interesting features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 6Connex?

I could say that it's not yet optimized for mobile devices. Building a virtual hub is also not a walk in the park--It took us a few months as we had to conceptualize the look and uses, study the functions first, available/applicable features, and how to apply them.
