Revflow from BMS is amazingI love this software. We have implemented this software to our company in November from scheduleview, It's amazing. Scheduling patients is much easier, taking payments is great. Love that we can generate any report that we need, We are able to see which patients have not finalized notes, what is on claim delay. It takes time getting used to the system. Sometimes when we release claims from claim delay, they will show up a week later on claim delay stating that there are no auths on file. Then we have to manually contact Bms and have them manually do it for us. It is a hassle and wastes some time. Sometimes getting a ticket resolved takes more than one day. Nous avons notre assurance triée par couleurs et c'est l'une de mes fonctionnalités préférées de pouvoir savoir quelle assurance un patient a en fonction de la couleur de son rendez-vous sans avoir à consulter son dossier. La seule chose que je n'aime pas à propos de WebPT est qu'ils n'ont pas d'application pour tablettes ou téléphones. Beaucoup de nos thérapeutes utilisent des tablettes pendant le traitement des patients ou utilisent leur téléphone pour vérifier leur emploi du temps lorsqu'ils travaillent dans les écoles, et ce serait une bonne option pour eux de l'avoir. La facilité d'utilisation dans WebPT est agréable car le travail passe d'une tâche à l'autre de manière si naturelle. Si vous oubliez quelque chose, vous êtes généralement invité à revenir en arrière et à le remplir, rendant presque impossible de faire une erreur. Sur Medicare, si vous oubliez de faire votre note de progression de dix jours, vous ne pouvez pas avancer sans la faire. Ce serait bien s'il y avait plus de suivis sur les signatures autres que simplement Medicare, après tout, elles sont toutes requises. Our office has been using WebPT for 3 years now. I really like how easy WebPT is to use for documentation. I also appreciate the efforts WebPT puts in to educate staff and keep their service compliant with changing healthcare guidelines. WebPT had a great team to help implement the software and coordinate with our billing service. Another team helped our staff learn to use the program. Top notch work from both of these teams! Any questions regarding the few issues that have come up in the past 3 years have been resolved quickly. I have found some discrepancies in the numbers that the new analytics program gives me compared to reports that are available in the main WebPT platform. This is likely an operator error on my part. The other thing I would like to see is an improved exercise flowsheet that is easy to see progression of each exercise over time, and ability to mark which exercises are part of the current HEP.
