Vanta's deep integration network automates the majority of evidence needed to achieve compliance and we were able to easily implement all integrations during onboarding. The intuitive platform quickly gets you the rest of the way for the remaining manual work. Customer support response time was always super snappy. Having direct visibility into compliance progress, continuous monitoring, risk analysis, vendor tracking, and policy collaboration satisfies nearly all of our business requirements and gives us peace of mind while operating a fintech with the highest security standards. We've done several compliance processes and it helps that Vanta has everything seamless and connected. The user experience and platform navigation are intuitive, everything is clear and templates are very helpful.
We've been using Vanta for a few years now and it's our go-to partner. When we're building a compliance roadmap, Vanta is a trusted partner - the first thing we consider is if a compliance standard/certificate is supported by Vanta. The second thing is a consultation with a Vanta representative to build the timeline, and schedule, learn best practices, etc.
At this point, Vanta's integration is so helpful that it doesn't make sense to start a compliance project outside it. Why? Because we have added many controls, documents, and policies for various compliance reasons and when we start a new certification, we're automatically at 30-50% completion. Nothing compares to that. As a small startup Vanta helped us achieve compliance quickly and efficiently without spending an inordinate amount of time on the process. Vanta made the process very clear, and guided us through the process well. The dashboard is decently organized and helped us see at a glance how close we were to be ready for audit. What I disliked about Vanta was that some of the integrations felt a bit clunky and weren't as seamless as I had hoped. There were moments when they required extra effort to set up or troubleshoot, which slowed down the process. With a bit more polish, those integrations could have been smoother and more intuitive. Vanta is my go to plat form as a compilance consultant. I think its super effient and that helps to making compliance easy. I personally love how everything is mapped to the correct controls which helps you stay in alignment certain codes. All the test instructions are clear and user friendly so imlementing them is easy and if I have issues with a test or document Vanta AI helps me to find the answers. One thing that they could definatelly work on is how fast they reply to customers. I mean, they always get back to me, but sometimes its quick and other times it feels like forever. We came from a paper product created in spreadsheets with a few documents created on a whim from security consultants to something that actively tracked our status, helped us understand where we fell short and allowed us to grow our commitance to compliance in the organisation. It's hard to understate how important this tool is in my day to day work of both security and education of our users.
