The best thing about Aladtec is the support. Every support person I have spopken with is fantastic. It is clear they are not located in the USA, but they speak very clear and I have no issues communication with them. They know the system and how to do what I am trying do, extremely helpful! Par exemple, nous avons eu quelques cas où un formulaire a été accidentellement supprimé et la seule façon de le récupérer était de contacter Aladtec. Ils l'ont récupéré pour nous, ce qui est fantastique. Je pense juste que les administrateurs de haut niveau devraient pouvoir faire la même chose pour leur organisation. En passant à TCP Aladtec, j'ai pu me débarrasser des multiples feuilles Excel et des disques partagés Google. C'était facile de former le personnel au nouveau système et ils l'adorent. Le support client ne s'arrête pas tant qu'ils n'ont pas tout essayé pour résoudre vos préoccupations. Le logiciel TCP Aladtec est configuré pour leurs multiples suites. J'ai un département combiné et mes règles de planification ne correspondaient pas à 100 % avec le logiciel. Aladtec is user friendly. Its easy to implement new functions of use within the Agency. Our entire staff uses Aladtec everyday.

I like that it is a employee self-service portal, for the following:

- employees can submit requests for time off

- employees can generate their own shift trades

- employees can get reminders of upcoming shifts

- employees can maintain their licenses, certifications and expiration dates

- forms can be made available for employees to do checks or submit tickets

I also like that there is a multitude of reports that can easily be generated, whether its related to time keeping, scheduling, Aladtec login records, or any other reports generated for forms that are company specific.

When I hit a snaffu on a functionality issue, Customer Support helps me work it out in record time.
