Sprinklr seems to fairly frequently break its own rules when assigning chats, which can lead to confusion and make it hard to process a workload, and can also have negative effects on wait times for customers. Some of the interface elements can also be cluttered or not provide enough space - such as the notes function making previous agent notes disappear due to too many system notes taking up the space. I have had issues with scheduled exports failing to send even though everything is set up correctly. I've reached out to the support team and have yet to receive any explanation.
