ServiceTeam ITSM Enterprise expands on Professional and includes capabilities such as change management, productivity panes, knowledge centered service, service mapping and more.

The use of Provance ServiceTeam Power App products require Microsoft Power Apps and/or Dynamics 365 and potentially other licenses to support all capabilities. These Microsoft licenses are not included and are the customers responsibility.
ServiceTeam® ITSM Professional is licensed on a per named user basis with a minimum 1-year and available 2 and 3-year subscription terms. The base license for ServiceTeam ITSM starts at 30 named users. Government, Education and Non-Profits may qualify for special pricing, please contact Provance Sales for more details. If you are a Microsoft Partner and/or a Managed Service Provider, please contact Provance Sales about other pricing options which may apply.
ServiceTeam ITAM is a separate license and additional cost. It is not included within the ServiceTeam ITSM license.
