The self-service part of Remote is amazing! I can request documents without having to bother anybody, and I get them in a matter of seconds.
The UI is extremely user-friendly and makes it very easy to find all the information you need!
I've reached out twice to the customer support and my experience was great both times. Proper follow-ups and ensuring everything was resolved.

Remote customer support is great, I used it as employed and as manager. It's fast, easy to use and reliable.

Everything is in Remote, and that's a great thing to have in a platform for your remote contractors and employees. Everything was set up in 15 minutes for my specific cas and that's something that is greatly appreciated as a contractor.
It invites you to use the platform on a more recurrent way and the fact that you can integrate your payment is a great benefit, not seen in many platforms.

The most helpful thing so far was the Remote's support team. They were there to help me. I faced issue with my verification, I contacted support and told them about it, they investigated and responded quickly. Remote has made it easy to manage my invoices as a freelancer. It has automatic generation of invoices on a specified date and then after approval from my contractor, I get paid immediately. I also feel like some of the features are just there for show—I don’t use half of them because they’re not practical for our setup. Integration with certain tools wasn’t as smooth as I hoped either, and I had to do some manual workarounds to make it work. It’s not terrible, but it’s something that could definitely improve.
