The onboarding would be just perfect if there wasn't for some particularities in my case, but they were flexible to overcome it and quickly find a solution. Payslips and benefits management are quite easy and self explanatory. Their support team most of the times are helpful and supportive, going above and beyond to find a solution. However, they may take longer than expected to answer, so if you need anything specific, ask support before, don't expect to receive a solution on the same day. Some default features under requests (like the letter with employment declaration for housing purposes) are very handy. Not everything follows a script and some things can just go wrong - other integrations can fail on their premises (like Coverflex), some information needs to be fine tuned between them. One thing I like about Remote is that all my invoices and signed contracts are in one place when I need to reference them. My company only uses these features on Remote, but I definitely reference them often. It automatically sets my invoices for me when another company uses it, make it easy to use. As a first time freelancer/independent contractor, Remote made being paid by my client so much easier and efficient! I didn't have to go through the hassle of converting foreign currencies to my local currency and then transferring it to my account.
