I am hired by out of country and Remote manages my payslips and salaries. I reach out their team for questions and requests from chat. So far, they solved the problems. Whenever you have a concern, you can just create a ticket and the turnaround is fast. Someone will take care of your issue and will get in touch with you. Our payment became faster because of remote.com and it's such a blessing since we have family to feed and bills to pay. I think it was the first representative who handled my ticket. I had an issue with my second invoice payment since it's not reflecting on my card and the representative advised me that there's a timeframe for when the money will reflect and informed me to get in touch with my bank which I did. After the timeframe, the money is still not in my bank. So I created a new ticket and a different representative handled my case which was escalated to someone else. If the first agent could have ensure that issue is resolved first before closing my first ticket, then I wouldn't have to create a new one and speak back and forth to the bank and remote.com. As a newbie, I assumed getting started would be harder and overwhelming. I was so pleasantly surprised once I finished the welcome review, since I expected I had to navigate quite a lot more to discover everything but I was wrong. Every single Feature on Remote was perfectly described on a easy to understand yet concise way. After a few days I already felt confident doing every task I needed. I was also amazed with the Health Insurance benefits offered.
I use it once or twice a week to check everything is ok in a glance, so fast and easy to understand. I love to be able to keep track of all my invoices and check the previos ones if needed, and to add all days off to keep track of them as well. I was pleasantly surprised too with the ease the currency change is solved and the Invoice paymets arrive in less than 36 hours every time, I feel really confident my work is safe and recognised thanks to Remote.
